I honestly think something is going to happen to Neha. I don't know exactly what, but I'm pretty sure Abhi and Neha's marriage is going to break up. I believe that by the end of Astitva, Abhi and Simran will be together. So in order for that to happen the marriage between Abhi and Neha must break.
