Seasonal Dreams Part 1

Mahen Kapoor is a famous film director.He always discusses his film stories with wife Amita.Amita reads his new script.
"Wow!Touchy script.Beautiful love story.It will be a super hit".
M:But i can't think of the actors who suit the characters.No one from the industry can play these characters.
A:Then you cast new comers.
M:But will any producer take a risk to cast new comers?
A:Then we will produce the movie.
M:That's ok.But cast?
A:Don't worry Mahen.You will get talented guys.

Many youngsters come for the audition.But Mahen is not satisfied with any of them.
Amita comes up with a solution.
A:Do you remember my friend Lekha?
M:Yes.My first film's shoot was done in her house.
A:Ya.What about casting Lekha's son Arnav?She wants her son to be an actor.
M:Please don't give any hope to your friend.I have a concept about my hero.
A:What if he suits your character?He may be your dream hero.
M:But we have seen him only as a child.Then how can you say that?
A:Lekha sent me his photographs.I liked him.
M:Show me the photographs.
Amita shows him Arnav's pictures.
Mahen's face blossoms.He is satisfied.
M:Wow!He is the one i was looking for.
Suddenly his face becomes dull.
M:But will he be able to act?Does he have any experience in acting?
A:No..
M:Oh!Then..
A:Lekha was very talented.She could'nt be an actress.That's why she wants her son to be an actor.Arnav may be talented like his mom.If he is talented he will be a super star.

Arnav comes for the audition.He is tense.Actually he is here only to fulfil his mom's dream.He is not that crazy about doing movies as he feels that he does'nt need to act to make money.Already he is well off.
Mahen makes Arnav do a simple scene from the script.
Mahen keeps silent seeing Arnav's performance.
Arnav is nervous.
A:My acting was bad?I know that.I can't play such a nice character.I heard the story from you.It was like watching a beautiful romantic movie.A talented actor is needed to play your hero.
M:Arnav..you are my film's hero.Your performance was are more than my expectation.
Arnav's eyes get welled up hearing a huge compliment from a big director.

Mahen is searching for a heroine.But he is not getting the right person.He is upset.
Amita suggests Khushi's name.Khushi was a child artist who was introduced by Mahen long ago.She was a very popular child artist.During her golden period most of the movies revolved around little Khushi's character.Later Khushi stopped acting and concentrated on her studies.
M:Khushi?She is a kid no.
Amita laughs.
A:Years back she was a kid.
Mahen is embarrassed: But Khushi is always a kid in my mind.
A:I had seen Khushi lasy year.I told you.Right?She is a beautiful teenager now.
M:Anyways let me see Khushi.
Amita smiles.

Love the entire concept of reel and real. Hope Arnav and Khushi discover themselves and their love through this journey which they are about to embark together.  

Seasonal dreams Part 2

Mahen talks to Khushi's dad Rishikesh about the film.
Later Mahen goes to Khushi's house and rings the calling bell.
A beautiful gitl opens the door.
She shines like Marble.Cute face.Sweet smile.fluttering eyelashes.Silky hair.
Mahen tells in his mind:This is my heroine.But Khushi?Who is she?
M;You?
She giggles:Uncle..you did'nt recognize me?I'm Khushi?
Mahen is surprised:Khushi?I just can't believe this.You have grown up.
She smiles.
K:Please come inside uncle.
He goes inside and meets her parents.
M:Khushi...do you know why i came here?
K:I know uncle.Dad told me everything.But..i'm tense.I don't know whether i can act.
Mahen laughs:What nonsense!You ruled the industry when you were a child artist.No other child artist got this luck.For the first film itself you won the best child artist award.
K:But that was long time ago.This gap...i'm scared.
M:I'm sure that you will rock.
He tries to make her confident.
K:Ok uncle.I will act.
Mahen is happy.
K:But uncle..who is my hero?
She is eager to know that.
M:Do you remember Alekh uncle's and Lekha aunty's son Arnav?Your movie was shot in their house.Arnav was your best friend.
Khushi is really excited:Really?I'm so excited.So i have a company on the set.After leaving the industry i lost contact with him.I'm going to meet him again.I'm so thrilled.

Location..
Arnav is still unaware of his heroine.
Mahen introduces Khushi to him.
M:Arnav...don't you want to meet your heroine?She is your heroine?
He looks at Khushi.Her shining eyes and fluttering eyelashes catch his attention.
Khushi is really excited to meet him.
A:Hi..
K:Hi..i'm your heroine man.
She pats his shoulder.
He is shocked.Even though they are meeting for the first time she is behaving as though she knows him since a long period.
K:Why are you so reserved?I was very happy when i came to know that you are my hero.I thought you will be a nice company.But you are not even minding me.
A:Yyour name please?
K:Oh!So you did'nt recognize me.That's why you are behaving like this.Hey..I'm Khushi.
A:Khushi?Which Khushi?
K:Which Khushi?How mean!
Mahen and Amita laugh.
Am:You did'nt recognize Khushi?She was your best friend during childhood.
Arnav can't believe it.
A:Khushi!My God!You have changed a lot.
K:But you have not changed at all.
They smile at each other.
 
Mahen and Amita smile seeing them smile at each other.
Mahen whispers to Amita's ear:Look at the way they look at each other.Before starting our romantic film itself magical chemistry.
Am:Yes.They will be a hit pair.

Their friendship blooms very fast.They discuss and do the scenes.Mahen is happy with their performance.

The shooting gets over.
Preview of the movie...
Everybody says very good opinion about the movie.But Arnav is tense.Because the movie is releasing among superstar movies.There is no guarantee that it will be a hit.If it becomes a flop Mahen's reputation will be harmed.That is his tension.But Khushi comforts him.
K:Mahen uncle took a risk by casting new comers like us.We all worked hard on the movie.So it will be a success for sure.

Finally the movie released.Only Arnav's parents went for the movie as others are tense about the first reaction of the people in the theatre.Most of the seats are vacant.Very soon the rumour spread that it is Mahen's first flop,Khushi's acting is not up to the mark,Arnav is not at all good,audiences are hooting in the theatre,superstar movies are making profit.
