Lux Style Awards 2011 - The Whole Story
, The Lux Style Awards 2011-also known as the Oscars of Pakistan- were held in Karachi on Saturday night, giving a pleasant opportunity to many people of the city to watch the stars and glamour together The event was a starry affair, and was attended by all the big names of the industry.
The starry night kicked started with the National Anthem, and what followed was a performance by Reema and her team on a song of 'Love Mein Ghum'. The performance was full of glamor, and was choreographed by Pappu Sarmat. Reema was also joined in by HSY on the screen, who bagged some claps, and appreciation. Amina Haque, and Ammar Belal were also seen on the stage.
The event was hosted by various names like Mathira, Faizan Haque, and coming high off Bol success - Mahira Khan.

The much anticipated awards night was celebrated with even more fanfare this year as Pakistan's premiere awards show celebrated a triumphant decade of supporting and acknowledging excellence. As always, the red carpet was teeming with celebrities and stars all dressed up to see and be seen by the participants of the awards show.
With Nokia partnering with the Lux Style Awards, all the winners were given Nokia handsets along with a goody bag of gifts from Scentstation and Colours. Damas presented the Best Female Model winner with a diamond ring. Frieha Altaf, the country's famous director and producer of fashion shows and style awards, had organised the 10th Lux Style Awards in Karachi.
