but then in jan-feb 2010 i start going to gym 7days instead of 3-4 days a week..
and stopped eating chocolate and choose fruits and juice.. and didnt ate dinner coz i wanst hngry.. and it made me loose more then 13 Kgs by now.. and it was more then i put on..
now all my clohtes are sooo loose my trousers/pant and hanging.. down.. lol.. right now only the CMs/inchs are which im loosing..
now waiting for ramadan coz i always loose 5-6kgs there coz after breaking it i only eat fruits and drink juice coz i never eat anything after 7 pm
believe me.. it really helps


yup, I know what you're saying it's tough to loose weight. Cause I hate working out it's super annoying, I'm hoping to loose weight in Ramdan too!

yeah, I do listen to music when I workout, for me it's impossible to workout with that, but when I am motivated I'll workout just haven't been motivated enough to start again. 😭
