Well no of course they aren't going to show her evil but human beings are complex creatures. It doesn't even have to be love but maybe they become friends and come to accept each other. Moiz could maybe misunderstand that as love and/or a desire to spend the rest of their lives together. Hence he proposes? In terms of Nazia, maybe she accepts or is contemplating it? There could be some pressure on her from her family and mother-in-law...somehow I think the truth about her relationship with Shahbaz will come out and maybe Bushra Ansari might be against him then? I don't know I'm just guessing.

Mazkachazka, Moiz and Shazia first met in the library where she was draped in a white dupatta. One of the scenes we saw in the song has her in a black dupatta in the library, so I think it could be a later one.
