Shamaldas drinks excessively which angers Aakashi. She faces the dilemma of giving birth to her child, or aborting it. Nisha plans to spend more time with Mihir to get closer to him. She pretends that her car has broken down and asks Mihir if she can spend the night at his place. Jay confides in Smriti about Nisha's changed behaviour. Smriti tells him that she will try speaking to Nisha. Nisha gets upset with Mihir's concern for Purva. Shamaldas is shocked to find out that Gomti has been released on bail by Mihir.
