Part 57
Next morning
Geet opened her eyes to the new sun, she turned and found that Man has already left, probably in the shower, she looked at the time,
OMG it was already 10. So Maan probably left, his flight was at 8:30. She sighed, and went to freshen up, she came out of the shower
and found a glass of hot milk on the side stool, she took it and thought yeh kahan se aaya, she went out if the room
and found Maan in the kitchen making Poha, sh silently stood there watching her husband, and sipping the milk.
Maan took a bowl and shifted the poha from the kadai to the bowl then he placed it on the trolly along with plates spoons a pot of coffee and namkeen sev, as he turned he saw her standing by the door.
M: good morning, sweet heart, looking fresh (and came forward to peck her cheek)
G: good morning, making breakfast
M: yeps, you like poha na
G: yes, your Madhya Pradesh nashta, somethings missing though
M: what?
G: at our mess they serve onion and corrider with it
M: oh I just forgot, look (he showed her 2 bowls containing them)
G: how do I forget you are the MSK, who never leaves or forgets anything
M: making fun
G: no, complimenting
M: come, let's have it
They went to the dining table and seated themselves
G: Maan, aap gaye nahin, Delhi
M: no
G: why?
M: hey, don't praise me, it was Bade Papa
G: bade papa
M: yep, he called me in the morning saying that I need not come this week as he is coming
G: when?
M: by 12 I think
G: what just in less then 2 hours
M: yes
G: OMG, I must change (she was wearing a knee length frock) and get the lunch ready
M: its ok Geet, I have to leave you before he comes
G: why?
M: sweety, you are not getting it, if he finds you here, then he will call me back yo Delhi permanently
G: why?
M: he strictly said that I am not to disturb you during college and especially not when your exams are due
G: Oh! Nobody told me
M: forget it Geet, finish your Breakfast and get ready I'll drop you on my way to aitport
G: ok, first let me remove the tracesw of last night (laughed)
M: aise mat dekho Geet, please
G: ab please bola hai to theek hai
Maan takes her to her hostel, she insistes him to drop her on the pampa pur crossing, he reluctantly drops her.
She strolls to the hostel and on her way gets a lift by Sameera who was going to the college.
G: good morning Madam
S: good morning Geet, where are you coming from?
G: from the LG's
S: come sit on my kinetic, I'll drop you in the college from there
you can wlak to your hostel
G: thank you madam, you saved me from walking up the hill, I would have been tired till I reach the hostel
S: you definitely would have
Sameera dropped her and she walked to the hostel thinking poor
Sameera will she treat me with similar affection if she finds that I am Mrs. MSK.
Once she entered the hostel she was cayght up by exam fever, everyone was busy studying some girls were on the verge of crying;
some were loudly revising; some were cursing those for disturbing;
some were pacing up and down,
but the girls of her class were relaxing, as on Monday they had their Design paper they had nothing to study, they did not even know what will exactly be coming, it would be a 6 hr paper with a 15 min break in between,
all they have to worry about was to take all their drafting equipments from t-scale, to sketch pens, from crayons to set squares from eraser to pensil to sand paer to cutter etc,.
She went to her room to find pinky sleeping peacefully;
she knocked her up and she wake up grumbling;
then the two went to the other classmates, all the girls decided to go to a movie after lunch and then for dinner at "New Inn", they decide on watching "sense and sensibility" starring Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Alan Rickman, Hugh Grant, Greg Wise, Gemma Jones, Emilie Francois, Harriet Walter;
it was a 2 hr 15min movie they will be free by 5 as the show time was from 3;
then they would loiter around in new market and then go to new inn may be explore some books at "Variety book house" of eat an ice cream at "top n town" or listen to some records at "Jhankaar".
So as per planned the girls left for "Rangmahal Cinema" at 2:30 got their tickets costing 10/- and after student consession 4/-.
After the movie they loitered around the market, just then her pager beeped she slowed her steps and hid behind a pillar to see the message "where are you? Call me immediately I am at home"
She asked Pinky to move on she will meet them at top n town as she has to make a phone call, she went to the nearest PCO and called Maan
M: hello
G: bolo
M: kahan ho
G: NM
M: kya kar rahi ho
G: we just came out from Rangmahal
M: watching sense and sensibility
G: yeps, bade papa aa gaye
M: haan, he wants to meet you
G: me, when
M: now
G: but I am here
M: I'll bring him there
G: Maan, my friends are with me
M: ok I will not come out of the car, Dev will be with him
G: Dev is also here
M: Badi Maa bhi hain
G: Families get together
M: may be
G: ok I will be at T n T
M: ok will be there in 20 mins
G: bye
M: TC
G: Maan, cool down, its ok, I am wearing a salwar kameez, the one we orederd patiyalas
M: why do you wear them, they are...
G: only you think so, they are good, now I am hanging
M: bye
Geet walks to T nT and joins her friends, few seniors were also loitering their; all batches of architecture have their first exam as Design so only Archi students were seen,
just then Lipi saw Sameera returning from college she wnet ahead and stopped her and asked her to join them,
these girls never miss a chance to butter the teachers thought Geet, now what will I do she knows Dev and bade papa also after all she is Kripa's distant relative.
When she was thinking how to get out of the situation Maan's car stopped and Dev came out waving at her, bade papa and Maa following him.
Badi Maa came forward and hugged her, she felt that her truth will be out any minute
Sameera saw the elderly couple and recognized them, she came forward and greeted them, and said hi to Dev, Dev knew her but his parents were confused.
now what will happen?
will Sameera know her secret?
will her friends know that she is Mrs. MSK?
