Chapter 6 –
Rashi helped Ridhima move in their house. Arjun who was scared about Rashi's reaction, well, it was the opposite. Rashi was more than overjoyed! She liked the fact that she was going to have a sister, finally something that she always wanted. Someone to do the girl talk with, bitching, shopping, talking about guys, and more.
Rashi – Arohiii!!! Im so happy, finally tera pura saman shift kar diya!! I cant still believe that you're going to be staying with me!!
Arjun – isme na-believe karne waali kaunsi baat hai??
Arohi – shut up arjun.. rashi even im so happy!! Maza aayega!!
Rashi – ya!! Umm –
Arjun – good night ladies.. I know your talks will never end, so if you'll excuse me?
Arohi – good night!!
Rashi – chal, we'll go to my room, I mean 'our' room!!!!
Arohi – lets gooo!!
They make themselves comfortable in the room. Rashi is all excited about it, and so they decide to gossip till wee hours in the morning.
@ 2-45 AM,
Rashi – Arohi lets have some coke shots!! Competition??
Arohi – bring it on!!

Arohi – you know in school, I had this same bet with a guy, and I won!!
Rashi – ahan.. what did you win??
Arohi – well, he had to take me out on an exclusive date.
Rashi – wow, that's nice.

Arohi – Rashi.. another toast for irritating Arjun.. Our first time !!
Rashi – wooo!!!!!
Arjun – I have work tomorrow, and I really need some sleep. So please, apne ye STUPID session BAND KARO!!!!
Arohi – common Arjun, sit down… have toasts with us.. rashi.. can you get another bottle of coke from the fridge? And get some ice too.. and one more thing.. will you please make some cold coffee with extra sugar for me?? Pllleeeassee!!
Rashi – cold coffee over coke shots?? Arohi, you will puke!!
Arohi – I need some sugar!!! Please bana de na…
Rashi – okkayy!

While Rashi was gone..
Arjun – I don't want stupid coke-shots!!
Arohi – what's wrong Arjun?? Temme that!!
Arjun – nothing is worng.. uh, im just too sleepy!
Arohi – even if there were a bomb blast, you wouldn't wake up.. so temme, whats up?
Arjun – nothing…
Arohi – you have been thinking.. I know that!
Arjun – yeah, a little, about the project?!
Arohi – about her…
Arjun – how do u know everything??
Arohi – because, I happen to be your best friend?
Arjun – hmm..
Arohi – join us for the shots… I know you'll head back to your room, stare at the ceiling, and think, about nothing. So its better, you join us for the shots!!
Arjun – thanks arohi, what would I have done without you??
Arohi – you can do one thing for me…
Arjun – what?
Arohi – I have had too many coke shots.. and I cant drink cold coffee!!
Arjun – then why did you tell rashi to make one for you??
Arohi – dumb-ass, so that I could talk to you!!
Arjun – oh, sorry!
Arohi – so you're going to drink it…
Arjun – okay!! If you say so!!

So, it was a threesome.. Arjun, Arohi and Rashi chatted..
They left for work in the morning, and Arjun asked Arohi if she could come over his office again to discuss the wedding project. Arohi said she'd skip lunch for him.
Back at home, things were great. Arohi was having fun with Rashi, and sometimes, Arjun, Arohi and Rashi ended up having 'coke-shot' sessions!! Sometimes Arjun got a little gloomy, and was reminded of gauri, but Arohi took care of that, until one day –
Arjun and Arohi were just discussing his project, when he suddenly said, 'gosh, I miss gauri..' Arohi felt bad for Arjun.. The guy who believed in love, had just got ditched. It wasn't fair, but that's love. The unexpected happens. He sat there playing with his fingers. Memories of them together flashed, and he missed all of it. He was hurt.
Arohi – Arjun, you wanna speak out? I am here to listen..
Arjun – na.. it's just.. umm ok..
Arohi – mai kuch nahi bolungi…
Arjun – It's just that, I had an awesome time with her, so many memories, and.. so much love and everything.. and one day, I wake up and realize, its all gone… just gone.
Arohi – hmm… and the worst part is, you can do nothing about it..
Arjun – yeah, just watch the images flashing in your mind, and sigh!!
Arohi – it feels terrible isn't it?
Arjun – yeah.
Arohi – common, we are going to meet gauri for the last time,.. tell her how you feel, and stuff!!
Arjun – are you mad Arohi?? She has that rajveer.. I will look like a fool…
Arohi – atleast call her!! She needs to know!!
Arjun – I am going to leave her a text… after that I don't care!
Arohi – I like this!!

So, with little help from Arohi, Arjun left Gauri a text, about how miserable he felt, and how she should have told him earlier about all of it… Gauri did reply saying she was sorry, and Arjun was going to reply its ok, when Arohi snatched his phone, and replied – 'like that's going to make things better'..
'show her some attitude, and don't bother.. you'll feel better', Arohi said, looking at Arjun's blank face.
That moment, Arjun just hugged Arohi.
'Arohi, you're the bestest friend ever… I dunno how to just thank you… I mean talking to me everyday, the same bull-crap, and my gloominess, and being blank, and irritated all the time. Thank you for being there Arohi. You're really sweet.' Arjun said, earnestly to her.
Arohi saw it in his eyes. He meant every word of it, and his eyes said that.
'what are friends for?? Chalo, lets tuck you into bed.. good night!'
She went outside and switched off the lights…
A while later, she came back…
Arohi – this is for you.. a gift…
Arjun – I can see that is a gift… but a teddy bear?? COMMON, are you kidding me??
Arohi – this teddy, will never break up with you. It will always be there, just like me.
Arjun – thanks, but I don't need a teddy bear!!
Arohi – keep it.. and I got one more for you..
Arjun – what is it??
She gave him a red pillow which had an angry face on it, and two horns.
Arohi – this is that girl gauri. Argghhh!!
Arjun – have you gone mad??
Arohi – no… keep these two!!
Arjun – okay!! Thanks!!
Later, that night Arjun kept the teddy next to him and slept. He had a smile on his face, and it was because of Arohi. She was a 'mad' chick, like Arjun called her.
Rashi – thanks arohi for being there for bhai!!
Arohi – I know how it feels. I am glad I am there for him, because I know how horrible it is to not have someone by your side at times like this.
Rashi – umm.. what do u mean?? Tumhara koi tha??
Arohi – its late rashi.. good night..
Rashi – temme Arohi..
Arohi – some other time..
Rashi – abhi bata..
Arohi – see, I have forgotten it.. I don't wanna bring it up again!!
Rashi – well, I can see it in your eyes.. it comes back na, when you talk to Arjun, and see his state?
Arohi – yeah.. maybe.. Rashi.. we'll talk about it some other tome please.. I have lot of office work to do!!
Rashi – hmm.. don't worry, you wont have to do so much in future.. because you're going to be…
OOPS!! Its getting late.. good night!!
Rashi quickly ran to the room, and slept.
Meanwhile Arohi wondered, why had Rashi said that.. What was going to come up??
