I have a feeling that Chutki was married to Bali since he is the elder son.  Chutki just died recently and  that's why Bali is not getting married now. They have chosen Jai to get married.

Today, the evil girls are planning some thing to sabotage Jamu's wedding😡

Today Awadh calls Chutki's dad Sasurji - so it looks like he was married to Chutki.
