hi everybody! does nebody is from islamabad in this forum? can please anyone tell me how can i dial cell number in islamabad from toronto including the area code.

lets see..
if you are using a calling card then first u dial the access number, then the pin number.. then dial country code , city code and your destinations number (011-92 - (city code for islamabad)
