hes like 'well u dont like this mushy stuff so i thought straight to the point'
i was like 'how unromantic can u be?'

nd then he got all annoyed about how i always make fun of him for being romantic nd how he didnt wanna be laughed at and all so he decides to finally do it the way he wanted to do it which was like sayin all these sweet things nd then he was right.. i started smiling which in turn became giggles nd then full on laughter! 😆 i am so bad!

No, you're totally awesome. This reminds me of the scene in American Splendor where the woman goes, "Let's skip all of this courtship stuff and just get married." I think the awkwardness is a natural thing.😊
