Simran is very hassled because she doesn't have any help at the hospital and ACH as well as at home. She has to manage the management of both of the hospitals and it is a burden. She calls up Dr.Kamath and he suggests the name of a Dr.Brian who can take Mnaas's place. Dr.Brina is a strange sort of a person who doesn't stay for long at one place and also doesn't possess a cell phone. Simran calls him and fixes an appointment for the following day. Saurabh breaks into fever and Abhi asks if he may take Aastha to his place so that Aastha may not get the infection. Saurabh agrees, reluctantly. Simran is waiting for Dr.Brian at the hospital when she is told that Santa Claus has come to the hospital. She sees him distributing gifts to everyone and then he goes to his cabin with her. Soon she finds out that he is Dr.Brian whom she has been waiting for. Simran is shocked to see this.
