@Toli: I agree with you...she did raise the bar wayy high in her first performance only and that is why we've all been expecting a lot from her since!

I liked her second performance to Dil Dance Maare as well....especially the one lift and twirling down to the ground she did in b/w.

The lindy hop was a good attempt to try something truly different but they weren't really able to pull it off that much I think.....firstly the song was all wrong....this weird habit they have of putting in hindi songs to international dance forms in JDJ really backfires sometimes :S....On top of that, the energy required for this dance form is like insane....and their movements weren't sharp enough....but I do commend them for trying it atleast!👍🏼

Now I'm personally looking forward to her 'pehla nashaa' performance tomorrow....finally we'll get to see her do a soft number and see an elegant side to her :-)

@Lydia: Yeah, you're right about why they use Hindi songs....sadly though it really backfired for HK in that epi :((....Hoping she makes a strong comeback with this 'Pehla Nashaa' performance!

That reminds me, I think I'll add the links to the HK performances so far on the first page....

JDJ introduced me to this punjabi pataka and I am really enjoying her performaces. One thing for her though, I would ask her not to take the super tough stuff, but focus more on giving a complete performance. It's commendable that she wants to take the hardest genre, but this is also a show where you get judged every week and the scores matter. When she tries something really hard, while she gets credit for trying she might not get the best points as her performance might not be as clean, whereas other performers pick an easier genre and give a cleaner performance and get better marks. At the end of the day marks count and while she will get credit for trying something...she looses out on points.

Anu,thanks for the thread .... Hard Kaur is my favorite too..... Ur adding her performances i need to see tht Tali again havent checked the first page but surely would be good...... I saw promo of her performances just had a glimpse at the end i guess!!

@m3ghna: Well said! I totally agree with you.....while it is commendable that she tries new and difficult things, she should keep in mind that the judges scores are very important...especially for her since she has to compete with the huge popularity of the other celebrities as well.

I'm looking forward to her performance today as well!
