Summing it in one line, the Channel is the king and one really needs to be cautious as to not hurt their sentiments. This holds true not only for TV production houses but also for the star cast.

I sometimes hate journalism. They don't have the courage to write the truth. The fact is that these shows are being axed in pursuit of very high TRPs. A simple survey of MTPH viewers will tell whether the show lost steam or not.. and that too after the lead actors get married ???... I think they have lost their common sense. This is unheard off at least on indian television.

The show lost steam after the lead characters got married...hello how unrealistic are they? as you said garson the channel is indeed the king and it is all their doing....as for trp's it is beyond my understanding...when they can run a show for more than 3-4 years inspite of low trp's,i don't understand why they couldn't have continued with these shows....anyways what's done is done lets see how much of a crowd puller will their new shows be,because they don't seem to be any different as such..........

We JUST got NDTV Imagine in the USA a few days ago and I am wondering what is going on in this story. Today, we saw that Megha Gupta (what is her name on the show) is going somewhere and the wife with the 3 kids is going to go somewhere....the horoscope says that they will both meet someone that will change their life drastically. Is this the beginning of the show? It seems that we are far behind in the US from India in regards to the shows.
