January 12^th 2009 Written Update

Siddharth calls the entire staff including Dheeraj to his cabin. He announces to them all that since the current loss they are going through is because of him, he is selling his shares to Mr. Adhikari to make up for it. Dheeraj rebukes Sid for selling his large amount of shares to their major competitor. Dheeraj offers to sell his shares, as he is not interested in the company as much as Sid anyway. Anchal reminds Dheeraj how big of a family he has to take care of, and for Sid it is just Sachin and her.

Mr. Adhikari comes in and Sid introduces him as the man they are selling their shares to. The man announces that Sid will get the place of manager in their company and Anchal will be appointed as the new designer. All are uneasy hearing Sid going from owner to manager.

Sid signs his shares off to Mr. Adhikari, who seems fishy. As Sid leaves, he looks at the board by the door saying 'Jaya Garments'. He remembers memories of Jaya and him setting up the company, inaugurating it, etc. End.

Precap - Sachin asks for sooji ka halwa but Anchal is disappointed to see that they have none left.
