Neha is shocked when Simran begs her to leave and change her doctor. But Neha refuses and Simran breaks down. Neha asks Abhi why didn't he and Simran marry again after Kiran. Abhi is hurt.Shaguna is upset to see Simran and feels she has been neglecting herself. Manas and Sonu meet Urmila. Sonu tells Urmila about Ria and Manas. Urmilla wonders if Manas and Ria's affair caused the break up of Simran and Manas friendship.
