December 16th '08 Update
Siddharth calls the doc to check on Anchal. The doc arrives and after checking on her she tells the family that Anchal fainted cuz of low bp. All realize that Anchal didn't eat anything when Ayush sarcastically tells Anchal not to starve for his sake. Then he leaves angrily. Sid and Dhiraj are floored by what Anchal did.
After the doc leaves, Sid personally attends to Anchal and takes care of her. Together they decide to address each other w/o the 'ji' from now on. Next morning, Anchal takes out the musical instrument Sid used to play for Jaya. On her request, he sings the same song he sang for Jaya, but stops when Jaya's memories come flooding back to him.
At work, Sid confides in his manager Shyam babu that he feels as if Jaya and Anchal are one person. After work, he comes home w/ flowers for Anchal who is in her room offering flowers to Jaya's pic. When Sid hands over the bouquet to her, she smiles thankfully and places the bouquet in front of Jaya's pic. Sid is deeply touched by this.
Precap: Anchal is worried when she gets a call from Ayush's teacher that he hasn't come to school today. She drives around searching for Ayush and she finally finds him gambling in the street with some guys. She grabs him out of there and slaps him hard.
