Part 1
Aanchal tells Sid that they can leave tomorrow if this is all bugging him and that she will explain this to the kids.
The next day, the children are heartbroken to find out that they will be heading home that day. Juhi wonders how they will break to the news to Aayush as he is already ready to go to the beach and Sachin jokes around saying that they'll use their plan of saying that Aayush doesnt want to go back home and then he himself will insist to go back. Aanchal laughs along with Sachin but gets worried when she sees Aayush at the doorway.
When they reach home, Aayush storms into his room as Dheeraj comes to greet them. Aanchal tells him that they had to come home as it was close to exam time for the kids. Aayush sees Sid and Aanchal's wedding picture on his dresser table next to Jaya's picture. Chancha walks in as he puts the picture in a drawer. She tells him to put the picture back but he refuses. Aanchal walks in as Aayush says that only his mother's picture will be placed in this room. Chanchal tries to make him understand but Aayush tells her that Aanchal means nothing to him and Aanchal overhears this, hurt. Chanchal further stirs the situation and tells Aayush he should accept Aanchal as his mother now. Aanchal walks in and tells Chanchal that she isnt here to take Jaya's place and that Aayush is right about keeping only his mother's picture in his room.
Aanchal turns to leave but stops to apologize to Aayush about what happened in Goa, but Aayush replies by closing the door on her.
Aanchal sets clothes out for Sid to wear but he comes out wearing another shirt. Aanchal is amused by the mismatch between his tie and shirt and brings another one for him. He tells her that she doesnt have to do all this as they got married for the sake of the kids and he doesnt want her handling more responsibilities. Aanchal smartly replies by asking him whether he has any problem if his wife would like more responsibilities. There is an air of awkwardness as Aanchal puts the tie on for Sid happily but retreats from him hesitantly as she realizes how close they are. Sid thanks her to clear the air and smiles as Aanchal helps him put on his suit jacket and leaves.
Part 2
Juhi talks to Aayush but he gets mad at her for being on Aanchal's side in Goa and tells her never to talk to him again. Chanchal comes in and asks Juhi what is wrong. Juhi tells her that Aayush got mad at her for talking to Aanchal .
At school, Aayush is deep in thought remembering his mother when his teacher addresses him as Aayush beta. He loses his cool and yells that he is not her beta and that she is his teacher and should remain his teacher and not try to be his mother. He then realizes that he is in class and apologizes but his teacher is offended. She asks for his diary and writes a note in it, telling him to tell his mother to come see her.
Part 3
Aayush comes home from school and Aanchal is hurt to find his lunch box is still full. That night, at the dinner table, Aanchal makes Aayush's favourite dish but he refuses to eat it. Chanchal scolds Aayush and tells him that Aanchal is his mother and she hasn't mixed poison in the food. She forces him to eat but he refuses to. Frustrated, Chanchal gets up and tells him that he will not get any food until he addresses Aanchal as his mother.
Precap
Chanchal brainwashes Juhi against Chanchal by telling her that Aanchal makes food for Aayush because she knows that he wont eat it and she enjoys the fact that he starves himself.
Juhi tells Aanchal not to touch the brush she is using to comb her hair (Most probably belonging to Jaya).
