The Thank You button is not visible if you make the post. It is visible for others who view your topic.

That is why you can't see the thank you button because it doesn't allow you to thank yourself =)

For example, say I posted a topic

you can thank me by pressing the thank you button but I can't because I'm the one who posted it

we have requested the interview of kunal n pooja but wat i don't understand is why our request has been forwarded when only 10 ppl have asked for?we cud have waited for few more post...i don't think they wud consider10 people's request!!
