Siddharth is extremely upset with Ayush's request of being sent back to Ramakant's place. He thinks he has failed as a father. Dhiraj reminds him of everything he has done for the kids. Ayush overhears this and feels bad for what he said.
Ayush then overhears Aanchal and Siddharth's conversation about their marriage being just a lie to get the kids back from Ramakant's place. Ayush feels extremely bad for having caused agony to his father and apologizes to Siddharth for his behavior.
Lalita and Chanchal devise a plan to find out the truth. They plan to offer Aanchal 'shagun' for their marriage. They are confident that Aanchal will not take it. The truth will then be out in the open.
Aanchal and Sudip get into an argument regarding Aanchal getting married to Siddharth. Sudeep considers himself a better match for Aanchal than a father of 3 kids. After knowing the truth about Sudeep, Aanchal refuses to keep any relation with him.
