Hi guys,

I am a gujju who lives in the United Kingdom and cringe at the way the Shah family are portrayed. I mean, do extended families where four men hug their father who is the reincarnation of Hitler actually exist in India, even today?. The only premise, the only saving grace, thus far of this serial, is the portrayal of women as chattels subsurvient to their husbands, who by virtue of their birth as men are superior and have been brought up to think as such. I hope they show Sneha as an independent woman who has the balls to stand up for her ideals and against prejudice, even if that means going against that dinosaur Mansuck Lal.
