I want to see Kajol emerging into a strong woman on her own instead of depending on others all the time. And as for Dr. Anurag....dont know wht to make of him. Maybe its better if Kajol stays away from him from now on. I hate it how he keeps shouting at her or being sarcastic for no reason
The mother is also a gold digger. I hate her it is making me want to quit watching for a while, and come back later if they get a over this track but I have been tolerating the show since Chondona/ Chandana started spewing venom only because I am a big fan of Harshad Arora aka Arjun and the actors are really good but there is a limit to one's patience. The promo/ precap where Kajol is trying to sell the car to save the printing press and Chandana says why should we give you the money? I am like O hello what is wrong with you woman are you brain dead or what. They need to have Kajol develope a backbone and put her in her place. If someone is wrong you need to speak up even if they are your parent or parents. You can do so without being disrespectful. Plus though Karan Suchak is great actor I feel his and Kajol's chemistry is being forced maybe it feels so because I have seen Ishita Dutta with Vatsal Sheth in Baazigar and with Pearl V Puri in Bepanah Pyaar and it was fire in both. Plus I agree with someone who had commented earlier that he is shouting a lot. Even when he gave that speech to the creditors I felt it was over the top. I liked their (Anjol) interactions upto the point of antim sanskaar of Kajol's Baba. That scene was beautiful but I don't know. Even Arjun and Naina seems too quick. I hope it is not due to the channel putting pressure on the creative team. I think the show has a great cast of characters and huge potential but pehle the slow lead up to baba's death and then this rushing and this new hexagon love story of Priyanka - Anurag - Kajol - Arjun - Shreya - Naina with Preeti Chaudhary's new character seems diverting from Kajol's story of struggle and success.
I am yet to watch Friday's episode. Don't know if Kajol slapped Naina or not... But one thing is sure, Leads life always should have pressure from all side which makes them hustle harder to achieve success. That's how serials moves. But I cannot stand Kajol's mother. She was supportive and lovely before the wedding but now... It is too difficult to accept the transition.
Regarding chemistry, I am yet to decide. So far, they have that only tashan type rapport. Only if they start the platonic bond or filmy scenes (catch and fall etc), we could give verdict how is their chemistry So, it is not the right time to give a verdict about chemistry.
Hoping the pace is quite moderate or above moderate. Can't bear ultra fast or ultra slow paces anymore.

Yes; over time Kajol will be shown to be able to run the printing press and develop her music career but right now she is depending on help regarding business and its good to show her development in this.
As to Dr Anurag he is shown as being cold; aloof & unable to express his emotions but I like his character...he is drawn to Kajol & he is struggling to understand why he is behaving this way with her when he sees her, he is fighting his own emotions I feel.
Yet he is incredibly kind to her; supporting her when her father was taken for burial scene; the secret loan to pay back the money lenders and I think he will get Kajol the job as music teacher in the orphanage he founded; that too secretly

Hmm pace is good; new show; hope it does not fall under curse of Big Boss because shows that come after the timing of Big Boss tend to get pushed into air time later and later because Big Boss tends to over run on time.
As to chemistry I think for me its there from beginning with Kajol & Dr Anurag but very very subtle..for me the key moment was in Kajol's wedding scene with Arjun, she is in mandap being carried towards her groom and the background hymm is being played ; she slowly lowers the leaves from her eyes to look at her groom and right at that moment Dr Anurag comes into the background and her gaze falls on Dr Anurag and he on hers and she then looks upwards to focus on Arjun.
It was very cleverly done scene and to me it highlighted that it would be this story going forward but subtle.
Kajol's mother's 360degree turn I cannot understand, for now she still blames Kajol so in terms of stories yes I agree with you the hero/heroine will get drama from family & from outside
I also agree that its too early at this stage to comment on AnJols chemistry, but I kinda like this pair to be frank.
The only problems I have at the moment are :
1) Anurag is shouting too much on Kajol without any damn reason. which makes it very hard to believe he even has feelings for her. On one hand it looks like he has a soft corner for her , but on the other hand he behaves too OTT
2) They need to show Kajol growing a spine now. Its becoming hard to digest that everyone is shouting at her all the time and all she does is feeling sad about it. The 1st person who needs to be set in place is Chondana, becoz that woman is becoming intolerable lately. Whenever she opens her mouth to speak , only shit comes out.
I mean Kajol is trying to save her fathers reputation, their family from landing on the streets and this woman has the nerves to spew venom at Kajol for doing what she is doing. And on top of that still wanting Kajol to marry that ass Arjun, who has a relationship with his own sister in law..........good heaven. Chondana has really become a gold digger lately.
Also Kajol needs to put Anurag in place once a while or stop asking for help.
His brains need to be set right too.
I agree he is coming across as too awkward but I guess that is due to the new budding feelings he has for Kajol.

I agree with you and its quite comical for me to watch..right now its the male character showing interest early...its usually the female from the different series I have watched but lets see how this develops
