Yes Mini I am living in India,my friends are T&T fans and some are Deepak fans but many pepole like my grand maa and all,will watch all the serials so for them Thendral is just 1 of the serials they watch for time pass,they want something to be around them so that they will not feel alone.May be this serial is only for people like them and who does watch without caring what the story or what it is for.

People in India watch almost all serials (my parents take a break during news to eat dinner! )
So it doesn't affect them that much.. pathoda pathinonnu .. If this channel is not good, they will change the channel to see the competent serial that is coming at the same time in other channels..
It is a headache for us who watch only few serials , that too only Sun TV.
But I also request you to not lose hope with Thendral still.
Have u guys watched TMS ? There is a basic comparable storyline between both Thendral and TMS.
I started watching TMS only few months ago.. But in TMS also, they will doubt Archana's character..
When she was driven out of the house by Bagyam, she stayed in pros house for few days. Then proving her purity, Archana is accepted in the family. Similarly, here also , yucky scenes will be followed by soodana vivadham scenes to prove T is as pure as Thulasi chedi.
All these troubles for T will only force the entry of T's mom.
I am guessing T's mom might be a lawyer who will come for T's rescue.

yes hema and thendralfan,i agree with the both of you.My mum living in India is rather more keen in TMS than in thendral and she says that thendral is just any normal serial which is telecasted on sun tv.I think that the scenes shows in the second part of thendral(the phototaking scenes) only badly affected t&t fans like us,who dont just watch the serial for time pass but rather for the different story that it portrays and how it stands out from other serials.others who watch thendral for time pass might not be so affected like us.😭😭And a simple request to the dir ONCE again,if you want to show a twist in the story,it is totally fine.But pls do not show a twist which portrays women as spineless,helpless and innocent.Women have started to come out of their once bubble-wrapped world and are no longer so innocent and gullible.😔

No matter why people watch the serial the director has no bussiness to be so sadistic and show women as either stupid or devil

Hema, I think it may help if us all of draft a common message and send to that mail id? They will ignore one but cant ignore many and that too about the same subject. But everyone main your tone and language if you do send out mail or message😛

As for the actors, they do what they are asked to do cause its their life bread and profession, I doubt they can have inputs about the tracks.

Its actually the viewers in India who actually contribute to the TRPs chart, so they are mainly the targets here. They should raise the voice and let those people knows they are not interested to see any vulgar scene or womans as sadist or dumb like Kuttyponnu have wrote above. Since none react like us do here, i guess directors and production company has taken the audience for granted and miscalculated what the viewers want. In the past, when the female lead suffers and shed tears, TRPs used to increase cause audience used to feel sympathy and will be eager to see what happens next, hence everyone followed the same formula/pattern till date🥱 Many people just watch for time pass and like the comments above, its just another serial for them, while us watch it for the story, actors and romance.
