He is he adoptive son of the Pandey family. When he was younger, he saved Balwinder Pandey from goons and after seeing the courage and good-heartedness of that child and finding out that he had no one and nothing in life, not even a name, Balwinder took him in and named him Bihaan. Since his adoption, Bihaan has been craving the love of his mother, Vasundhra, who couldn't ever see past her love for her own son, Dhruv, and has never accepted Bihaan as her child.

Over the years, Bihaan became an essential part of the family business, and turned into the protective shield of his loved ones. Any danger, any threat - Bihaan would stand in front of his family. Furthermore, he would do anything for the happiness of those close to him but would never let them see his own pain and sufferings; he covers his own pain with a beautiful smile no matter how difficult it seems.
