The episode was just a badly done scene by scene copy paste of TVD.
Same characters, same storylines.
Like even the werewolfs are more so like vampires than werewolves.
CGI could have been better along with the bhediya looks.

Maybe the got confused between two shows: TVD, and Teen wolf.
Maybe they started watching Teen Wolf, wrote down wolf would be their characters and then accidentally pressed some key on the keyboard. The series then got switched to TVD and they copied the remaining story from there?
