I don't think there's an official confirmation of it but I don't know if you guys have noticed it but as far as I have seen I dont think TEI has a bank of episodes like if they shoot something today it is usually aired tomorrow so I'm guessing maybe Sid is still shooting
But then again I maybe be wrong,just a thought...

I am getting a vvv strong feeling that SIDHANT will be back with a bang coz from day one he said he wanted some shade to the character and Vaishnavi maam said suprises and CV's very well know if no Sidhant no surprise will make fans happy I have become more optimistic and a small ray of hope has lighted in my heart I don't know y

And have u thought that the surprise could be Uv dying based as in promo I feel it's Uv dying anyways I'm too sad to even discuss many changes seem to have happened ever since Sid quitting news came all episodes r now shot daily none banked anything is possible no news of zain leaving but I feel that's the surprise so I guess at least TwiNj Fans can be happy.. maybe once u see the episode then u can breathe a sigh of relief I'm too scared to even watch now..

The only way possible for this is both Kunj and Yuvi get hurt and the doctor transplants Kunj's heart in Yuvi's body like the movie Hello brother 😆

It's hell confusing no confirmation 😕
