Was aishu thiruna in the Mandapam??

The way it was shown was bad... They could have made Sudha Ravi as pair in dignified way but not the crap shown now

best part of azhagu is the cast. everyone is very good in their respective roles.

Today's episode I felt for vasantha, poorna, azhagu, palani, mahesh and even ravi. The emotions they all gave off to the unexpected marriage was different from other serials. though the marriage itself was very soapy the way azhagu emoted the awkwardness of such a union thinking about poorna and probably ravi and sudha too was grounding and spoke to me.

I love vasantha. I really wish neither vasantha or poorna turn serial villils and concentrate on making poorna's life with mahesh and fitting in with the rest of the family as mahesh's wife and not ravi's as they expected to be the highlight to their arc.

I am looking forward to watching the episodes, there is so much to be explored... How will all of them live their lives, get back to normal, will mahesh and poorna work things out, will sudha and ravi continue to live as friends for the sake of the baby?

How will azhagu and palani handle all this while also dealing with thiruna's issue.

I am surprised at how today's episode and the way the cast performed has helped digest such a major problem

the unique and talented ensemble cast make this more like a movie. I honestly have not watched a recent tamil movie in a while. Azhagu and Naayagi serials have been filling that space... and even Kalyana Veedu serial. Three of the best serials on now with 3 unique approaches, screenplays and casts.

I wish the rest of the sun tv serials will follow suit and live up to the standard.

One of the best part of these serials is that the cast looks natural no over the top makeup (aishu too has listened to our concerns and has been amazing in the last few episodes because come on, who in the right mind has the time to put on extension eyelashes everyday without any special occasion? that too a girl who is characterized as simple and not into makeup and stuff)... While other sun tv serials and vijay tv, zee tamil serials have their actresses wear so much makeup and have very poor locations and even worse over the top villains/villis

If sun tv brings back emi season 2 I would be on cloud nine😃

what an acting.. you were like a bomb blast on Ravi when he reached inside the mandap!
Those slaps.. My God...
& when you cry infront of God.. "What sin me & My daughter did? why this punishment.."
Hats off to you mam..
Really you made me like the role of Vasantha which you are portraying on the show..

I know Devi will try to do something like this only..
She made Ravi's younger brother Mahesh to marry Poorna! & it is expected that Poorna will also agree in hurt.. But loved Mahesh when he agreed to marry Poorna for the family Respect.. Poorna settled back to Ravi marrying his younger brother.. Now he has to see his love/lover as his younger brother's wife!
Hope Poorna wont turn negative..
I really dont know how will Sudha & Poorna live under same roof now!
huh! Ravi did not even utter a single word in the whole episode but his expression speaked a lot..
I must say.. the cast & their natural actings are the main reason why this show is still running & shinning successfully..

Damn.. Where is Thiruna??
The guy is missing & no one noticed that except the viewers?!!!

I did not liked Palani's role today..
he was talking favour on Poorna's mom..
The way he shouted on Sudha was really undigstable..
Its high time..
Come on Ravi.. you should speak yaar..
& Poorna!!!!
She tunred negative.. & she took oath to send out Sudha from the house.. when she entered itself..

Again asking.. Where is Thiruna!
Please search him soon..
I sense he must be in danger...

Sudha is d easy target for everyone ...As if she forced Ravi to tie thalli frr

Instead of getting Poorna married to Ravi's younger brother ...They should made that Baskar kidnap Poorna and marry her lol...(skipped few epi don know wat happened to him )...

Since Revathy is main lead I feel like makers are making sure everything happens around her

Hope Poorna throws Sudha ...Atleast that time we ll be able to see Ravi and Sudha track...Under one roof with Poorna they won't be able to move on :P

They hinted that Aishu is on her periods and couldn't attend as Marraige happened in temple

May be Thiruna has been kidnapped by college professor oops Senior 😆 or By Nivi mama ...Didn't watch today's epi...So don know if he is back

Today's episode is good. For poorna to be mad is understandable. vasanta amma and her feel betrayed by azhagammai and her decision to stand with sudha and ravi before them. I just hope the director does not blow up their anger and their actions into full on villi mode. I know sudha hasn't done anything wrong yet she needs to take a page from ravi's book and just stay quiet and away from the situation. Her crying and saying that "my son and I will go away and live or die" is annoying.

She needs to be more understanding towards Vasanta amma and poorna. She is a third person to them and yet they gave her so much room and love because she had no one and for ravi's sake. Vasata and Poorna do not owe sudha anything either. Her presence itself has crushed their dreams and although Poorna may have married mahesh it does not erase the difficulties they have experienced... with azhagammai who vasanti amma has seen as a mother figure and who she has supported through so much and is her own anni standing with sudha a third person is a betrayal in itself.

I feel bad for sudha and understand azhagammai's actions thinking of the future of all her children and the people around her. I also understand ravi appa's annoyance towards sudha and even azhagammai's anni's actions of adding oil to the already burning fire for her own gain. Though Ravi has no dialogues. His silence and expressions say so much of the awkwardness of the situation and fear of the outcome and guilt. But, Sudha's crying and "woah is me" dialogues is getting annoying and is only making the situation worse.

In real life if this were to happen I would hold it against sudha for not speaking up earlier too even though I know that ravi is at equal fault.

This serial is really good. Very movie like and in many ways has beat some of the crap movies that release too. Everyone has equal scope and as a viewer you can feel all of what they are feeling and the screenplay is good.

Since the past few weeks the story has me hooked. This and nayaki are the best. I just hope this does not turn into another priyamanavalai 😆 If not for the ceylon tamil representation I would have ditched that show 500 episodes ago. Still following the story since it is online but acting and story is very poor compared to nayaki and azhagu

Bold: missed that. that solves the aishu mystery. now where is the thiruna boy. I miss his comedy. only part I did not like in this episode was nivi's sister/mama scene. I don't like nivi track at all. I want thiruna to get a completely new track. ceylon/malaysian tamil representation will be nice 😉 it will give me an excuse to stop following priyamanavalai 😆

i get how suda's crying can seem annoying. the character is written in a way that she is scared of losing the one support she has. I like vasanta and poorna's characters. I just don't want them to be villains it will ruin the story. shouldn't poorna's and mahesh's situation post marriage be of more concern to them then azhagu and sudha? Or having poorna confront ravi and receive some kind of closure? I was really hoping the serial did not resort to this typical last minute reveal during the wedding... I would have liked it if it was all revealed earlier by a more composed sudha and confident ravi with vasanta despite the hardship somewhat understanding ravi's decision based on her own difficulties being a single mother even with the support of her anna and anni whereas sudha is clearly shown as having no support plus the threat of baskar and his parents (who are major rowdies)

I am actually concerned more for the people watching the serial😆

I have read some of the comments bashing sudha as a homewrecker and a runaway and being the cause of breaking both her inlaws family (even though surendar's family has clearly been shown as some big shot don family😕) Or how some are resorting to comments about poorna's and sudha's appearance based on their views of the characters and even rooting for poorna and vasanta to turn serial villi and "pali vangal suda and ravi" 🤔 This says a lot about our society and the poor thought process of men and women alike in the community. There are people even saying suda and ravi's marriage is a disgrace to the culture because a friend is supposed to think of his friend's wife as a sister😕 as if to say any other way of thinking outside of a sibling angle is disgraceful.

First of all the serial hasn't hinted or written in any way that sudha loves ravi or vice versa and through the dialogues they have reconfirmed that. sudha still loves surendar, and ravi is drowning in the guilt of surendar's death.

I am watching this serial with high hopes because of the cast, especially revathy and thalivasal vijay. I hope the serial tackles these negative thoughts of viewers around women, widows, and the misconception of love. Tamil movies have spoiled audiences by making love out to be one dimensional, romantic, and some kind of magical concept that can transcend all situations🤢

Loving the relationship between palanisamy and azhagu both actors play off each other well. Have high hopes of these two and hope they, especially revathy mam and aishwariya have a say in the story and hope it will help open the minds of viewers. I know I am putting way too much on a serial, but with the other crap on tv (cough, cough, vijay tv) and the after reading the comments on youtube I am very concerned for the real people watching 😉
