Brief update

Paati checks Kalpana's naadi and finds out that she is not pregnant. Dream sequence paati revealing truth and all getting shocked. Kalpana accepts her fake pregnancy and Ramanathan gets heart attack. Thinking of the family's happiness she hides the truth from Ramanathan. And says might be twins one boy and one girl. All happy. Kalpana happy that she was not able to find her fake pregnancy and leaves.

Veda, Amrita and paati standing alone in balcony. Paati thinking of Kalpana. Veda and Amrita asks paati what was the problem. Paati reveals the truth to Veda. And says Kalpana is cheating everyone with fake pregnancy. Veda gets shocked and scolds paati that not to blabber such things to other family members. Don't spoil the happiness of the family. If Kalpana hears this she will start to shout at her and never let Veda in peace. And asks Amrita to go to their house.

While leaving Kalpana wantedly calls paati and says to reach home safely. Paati says its for Ramanathan's happiness I'm not revealing the truth to anyone. But you cannot hide your pregnancy for long time. Kalpana shocked that paati gets to know the truth and worries if Veda knows the truth. She herself convinces that paati said not revealed to anyone.

Nagu thinks with Mallika flashback incident. Mallika chasing him out for being with Veda and canceling ooty tour. Mobile rings. Mallika.. Nagu attends the phone, Mallika says that he forgot her. He refuses. Mallika says she wants to meet him. He immediately arrives there but got wet in rain.

Mallika asks him to change dress. Her Nighty. Imagination Nagu wearing Nighty and dancing for malai malai song. He shocks. Can't even imagine. Mallika laughs and brings towel. Small romance starts. Nagu remembers swamyji words and runs away from her.

Brief update

Kalpana updates everything to her mother. He mother says if they come to know that you are cheating, they will chase you out. Before that make Sunday's property share as yours. Kalpana accepts.

Kalpana by crossing sees mirror. Thinks had put on weight and starts to skip to lose belly. Veda comes with juice. Kalpana hides. But Veda notices and asks does she skip. Kalpana somewhat convinces her saying it's sundar who skips. But Veda doubts and leaves.

Nagu back to house, in bed. Thinks of swamyjy words. Till morning should be careful. So tries to tie himself in bed. Veda watches this and compels him to tell the reason. Nagu explains her everything swamyjy said and says he doesn't want to force her or harm her.

Veda angrily unties the rope and says there will no harm for her from him. His thinking towards her will always save her...

Brief update

Sundar comes home and gives some accounts to Veda. Veda asks for accounts for ten thousand rupees of last week to tally account. Sundar says he doesn't remember what happened. And he asks her to mention it in his personal account. Kalpana watches this. Veda advises him to be careful in dealing money as he is an owner of a concern and he needs to deal with more money. So must be very careful.

Kalpana takes this as a chance and shouts at Veda angrily. All gathers to the hall. Kalpana shouts at Veda and asks who is she to ask the account for the money spent. Sundar works for this family day to night and not like her drunkard husband. And says if you are an accountant, do that job don't try to become owner.
Veda sad. Ramanathan tries to convince Kalpana. But she cries and adamantly says to divide the share and give it to them. Sundar shouts at her. But she makes him quiet by saying it's for his and their child's sake. But Nagu and Natraj starts fight with her. Father convince them. But Nagu argues more with Kalpana. Ramanathan shouts at his sons and make them quite. And says Kalpana your desire will come true. Will call the auditor and divide the property. Kalpana happy. All leaves from that place. Ramanathan cries and thinks of how he built this property.

Veda sad. Nagu asks what happened. Veda says it's mama who asked her to see the accounts. But now it leaded to division of property. Nagu laughs and says for time being appa would have said that. And even if he tries to divide the property we brothers will not leave him to do so. Coz his father has sacrificed and came across many troubles to be in this position now.

Nagu convinces Veda and tells her he is hungry. Veda asks veetu will make dosa for him. He took Veda to kitchen and says he is a specialist in making dosa that too Chinese dosa, and international dosa, etc..

Veda watches him happily...

Hello friends! I've just started watching this serial as well and am loving it. Yes, it is different, almost like a Hindi serial with the way the romance between Vedha Ji and Naga Ji is progressing. I especially like that Kalpana tends to get immediate bulbs rather than having her win each time with a 180 degree turnabout in the final episode before the Subham. Looking forward to follow this serial and this discussion thread and to get to know the rest of you. And SuryaRavi, thanks yaar for the detailed updates, the only means I can follow this serial is through the webisodes on YouTube and those leave a lot to the imagination. Your updates have filled in the blanks for me and at the same time, makes me wish that I had access to the full episodes to fully enjoy the progress of the story. Keep it up yaar!

Brief update

Next Morning Kalpana orders for a diamond ring made of platinum and that too very costly. Sundar shocks. Asks why she is ordering so costly jewel and where does she gets money? She replies we will get our share from the property and there will be no problem for money. Sundar says no way in dividing the property. They will never let their father to do so. Kalpana angrily looks at him. Sundar advises her to watch how Veda and Nagu are happily living though they have been married in compulsion. Sundar leaves. Kalpana thinks Veda and Nagu living happily ah? Will not let them.

Kalpana calls Mallika and says that today is a very good day and ask her to go to a specific temple with Nagu and perform pooja so they can get married within a year. Mallika happy calls Nagu and ask him to come home.

Nagu goes to Mallika's home. She says him about going to temple. Nagu shocks and thinks.. Flash back.. he has promised Veda that he will take her to cinema. Confused. Mallika scolds what was he thinking. He says nothing and asks her to get ready. Mallika leaves. Meanwhile he calls Veda. She was ready for cinema. But he says her that he has some business meet so cinema cancel. Veda becomes sad and cries. Veeriah watches and asks what happened. Veda replies usually what happens that only. Goes to her room sadly.

At Temple Nagu and Mallika. Asks to perform pooja. Poojari gives garland to each other and asks them to round the temple. Mallika tries to put garland to Nagu but Nagu gets shocked and stops her. Poojari also says no need of exchange.. They should wear theirs. Nagu says shapppah..

Meanwhile Veda so sad for cinema canceled. Suddenly thinks Nagu is a person of surprise. Might told her in phone cinema cancel. But sure will come in person now and take her to movie and surprise her. Slowly becomes happy. Door knocks. Veda thinks it must Nagu and opens the door happily.. But it was Kalpana. She asks Veda going out ah.. Veda replies no.. Getting ready for doing pooja. Making this a chance Kalpana says to Veda to go to the same temple instead of her as she is so tired. And asks her are you angry towards her bcoz I'm sometimes hurting you more and sometimes asking for help. Veda says no.. No pblm. She will go to temple and asks the details of the temple and leaves.

In temple Nagu and Mallika sitting and praying eyes closed. Nagu opens and shuts his eyes frequently. Once he opened his eyes. He saw Veda getting out from auto. Shock and screams inside ayyayo.. Throws garland away and moves from Mallika silently.. Like cat.

Veda sees him and thinks it seems like Nagu. Nagu lies down fully. Veda asks him get up and asks is this his business meet. He starts to blabber..and says yes meeting was there only since it is a new business.. Veda says ok come lets go and pray. Mallika watches all this angrily. Nagu situation like rat in the trap..

Looks at Mallika.. And turns to Veda and asks her how she came to know about this temple.. Veda says I donno anything only Kalpana asked me to come here instead of her. Nagu confused why Anni sent Veda ji to this temple. Mallika shocks and understand that Kalpana is playing double game with her itself. First asking both of them to go to temple. And sending Veda also to the same temple.

Veda and Nagu goes near praharam to perform pooja. Poojari shocks to see Nagu with another woman that too immediately. Nagu shows a currency note says to be silent. After praying they leave. Poojari mind voice I can't tolerate with one wife how he is able to tolerate two women at a time..

Brief update

Mallika in anger. Continuously calls Kalpana. At last Kalpana picks up the call and shouts at her don't you have sense. Why are you continuously ringing. Mallika shouts at her don't play your game with me.

Mallika scolds her heavily. You are not supposed to decide my life. I know what to do. Here after don't interfere in my life. Kalpana convinces her saying it's for your sake only I sent Veda to temple. If she sees you both together.. She will go out of Nagu's life. Mallika shouts. You should have informed me about that earlier. Without my knowledge if you're doing this means there must be a bad intention inside you. So don't make me more bad than you. I too know to talk more. If I start my game you will be thrown out. Mallika cuts the call. Kalpana entirely shocked.

Night time in room. Nagu lonely thinking that Veda might be in anger for canceling movie. Try to convince her. Veda sleeping covered fully. Nagu goes near her and calls her ji.. Ji.. Veda ji... Veda in anger asks enna?

Nagu says sorry and tells he will take her to the movie now. She says it's already eleven of clock and I don't want to see film from interval block. Nagu says no no its special screening for her.. It's VIP show.. Veda asks what VIP show ah.. Nagu says yes.. V for Veda ji, I for Important, P for Person.. Veda ji is Important Person for me.. Veda smiles.. Nagu closes her eyes and takes her since it's a surprise show.

Takes her to terrace and full setup of home theater. Veda happy. Starts to watch Titanic movie. Forwards romance sequences. Veda laughs.

Hearing sound at terrace thinking it might be thief, his father and brother go upstairs. Seeing both Nagu and Veda watching movie.. They laugh and father says let's hear their convo..

(Same scene sequence like Kreedam movie Ajith and Trisha inside water tank convo and the whole family hearing through pipeline.)

By the time Veda asks Nagu to decrease the volume and it may disturb others in the house. Nagu says no one will get disturbed or come upstairs. Veda asks how he knows. Nagu says his thambi Natraj will be chatting with a foreigner girl in fb. Natraj shocks. Father asks is that so. He says no appa.

His Annan Sundar.. even if he wants to go to rest room he needs his Anni's permission. How will he come upstairs? Sundar kaduppu moment. Father laughs more.

Veda asks what about mama if he comes up. Nagu says yaaru Gemini Ganeshan ah?? Says something comedy. Muted. Brothers Sundar and Natraj laughing.

Father shocked...

Missed few moments..


Whole family watches titanic movie. Ramanathan says Sundar to bring Kalpana also. But sundar refuses. But his father compels him. So he goes down and brings Kalpana to join. Kalpana feels jealous of Veda and whole family. Makes a plan to disturb them. Takes remote pauses the movie and starts to talk with her mother about her father's health condition in mobile. Everyone watches her with anger. But she continues. Nagu semma kaduppu.

Sundar asks her to stop as she is disturbing them. Kalpana shouts at him. She was not interested and he compeled her. And now insulting her. And leaves. Everyone sad. Ramanathan says sorry to Nagu and Veda that they were watching peacefully. He was the one who disturbed their privacy. Veda says no pblm. One by leaves without watching movie. At last Veda also leaves. Nagu gets anger towards Kalpana

While sundar leaving Ramanathan says no to quarrel with Kalpana and convince her, since she is pregnant.
Meanwhile Kalpana in room. Thinks what she did was over. And how to face an angry Sundar. Thinks should calm down him and not to fight.

Sundar comes to room angrily and while entering thinks of his father's words and goes calmly. Says sorry to Kalpana. Confused.. Taking this as a chance she starts her oppari and over acts saying she is nothing in this house, everyone insults her and shouts. Sundar has did nothing for her no Outing no enjoyment. Only a servant in this house.

Sundar unable to tolerate, at last shouts and scolds her heavily. Tells not even respecting his father. Kalpana silent. Thinks unwantedly she itself made him angry. Tries to convince Sundar. But he leaves.
