Reality show pay checks

Guys,
As most of us in the forum have been discussing and also agree that most reality shows such as RKR are fixed and scripted.. so what comes to my mind is how do they decide which participant gets how much... do the plp who are eliminated earlier paid less than the ones who make it till the end ... OR the guys are paid more to get them to agree to elimination sooner? ( cos early elimination = less exposure )

Also it has been seen that in every reality show esp swamyavar.. there is always a participant who creates a lot of drama and controversy .. for example.. Priyadarshini singh... Rahul swayamvar and in RKR ( infact many ) - Shoiab and suresh... do u think this particular person is paid more to get themselves insulted and embarrassed on National TV ?

Ofcourse there must be some things which are Genuine but sometimes it gets diffcult to differentiate the truth from script...

what do u guys think... ??

good observation but unless one of us are from the TV industry,we can only speculate..very hard to find out abt all this.

girls we all know ratan is paid 4 crore for this show 😲 and about other contestant i think they are all paid episodic basis or may be hourly basis.

about the elimination...i think elimination is the decision of both the channel and ratan..and i am sure controversies are pre planed and agree by the contestant before hand...pl correct me if i am wrong 😊

we shd plan a show 2 expose reality showz..lolz.

yar I am really very interested in the TV industry now...kuch bhi role chalega...but I iwll have a grand swayamvar...even though I am married..I will lie I am not..then just like Ratan..reject 4 at a time 🤣..uske baad mere nakhre alag...I will tell the channel..5 cores chaiye..I can do any thing for TRP..like slap a contestant maybe 😆...uske baad..I will choose one weird contestant..grand finale mein I will even marry...as soon as the producer says..shot ok..cut..I will ask that contestant to get lost 😆..bring home 5 crores and enjoy with my family 😆😆
