but dis show became popular after vk entry n swasan union. ragya is adding flavour to d show, no doubt bt swasan rocks

I agree with a lot of points here. the fact is that this is about swara and ragini. And i have said many times before that they dragged the negative track too long just because it was working. but when the show is about two lead female, you cannot run this for long by keeping one of them perpetually negative. the show will flop if it is stretched too far.

I am a swasan fan, and while i feel that ragini was made too negative to connect with anyone, teju is a good actress and dislike for ragini shouldn't translate into one for teju (hopefully)

do swara and ragini get equal screen time? well not really. not since Kavita's track. Ragini did have some screen time when swara was in jail, now her scenes are reduced. anyone keeping a time of the scenes should be able to see it. and even though we cannot get enough of swasan scenes...reality is what it is.

i think it is also important to understand that every actor is leaving their mark. if they weren't, they wouldn't be in the show. lets not forget that when teju quit because she was being made negative for far too long, the PH and channel completely agreed with it and changed the track to make her positive. they wouldnt have done that if she wasnt raking them the mullah so to speak.

it is important to remember that ultimately revenues are driven by trp...because what pays are the ads that play in the breaks. and you wont have the big paying ads if trp aren't good. and trp aunties loved the drama that ragini brought. they liked hating her at the same time seeing the innocent face and the potential for redemption the same way they did for sanskar.

i know i am going to get bashed for this but reality is that for the longest time swara as a character didnt click with trp aunties because she was aggressive, she went into fake marriage, then rejected the love of sanskar (who trp aunties love) then wanted laksh to accept ragini but wouldnt accept her own marriage..then suspected sanskar. CVs have been spending a lot of time also on correcting her character for it to click with trp aunties by making her into a saree clad adarsh bahu.

point of all of this is simple...both teju and helly have good potential but neither are all that perfect in acting. they are learning. just like some feel teju cannot do nok jhok, helly too ends up OTT in some of the crying scenes (though she does get it right some times too...this one is mixed bag)

so at the end of the day it is not about who is better actress...since both have long way to go and they are more of less equal on a broad basis. the point (as i understand it) that is being made is that both should be given equal screen time. and equal screen time is NOT about and should NOT be about who has more fans and who is leaving the mark - it should be about the plot and the story line. so the equal treatment according to me had to be at that level.

now for laksh/nemish fans...it is slightly different...because even for CVs it will be difficult to carve out much space for him if he cannot deliver the scene any closer to the other three. he is learning but has so much more way to go. as we can see from OLV he still struggles with dialogue delivery which is never the case with the other three.

infact not just Tejaswi, akansha chambola, tarun singh, sonica handa.. all the fantastic actors are just a face in this show... I really think why these actors are still associated with this show...
