No idea about their casting. Saw the promo of Gautam as Karna with Arjun etc. It seemed good. May be these actors will add their touch to their respective roles, it may be good.

Well, though I like and appreciate Gautam as an actor, I don't think he is a good choice for Karna. For playing historical or mythological characters, not just a fantastic talent of acting is enough. I am not saying he is not handsome enough to be Karna. But he is certainly missing many things Karna had. No offence to any person or feelings. I am writing this based on the light of reading different versions of Mahabharata & I find Karna's description in them is not at all matching with Gautam's appearance. But he is very much capable of giving life to the character, no doubt in his talent.
