I think Time slot was one of the reason too actually 9 to 10 pm slot is not free because of the shows like Pavitra Rishta, YRKKH, Gulal and Geet which are good TRP gainers so how can we expect from the show like Surya to have good TRP's.
One more reason you can say is Sony itself because shows on Sony do not get good TRP's except CID, X Factor, Indian Idol like shows but these are mostly reality shows. 😆
