That Gujarati song PD sang is by Arijit Singh. It is a solo and PD sang it in Ahmedabad earlier this month. Interestingly, he didn't sing it during his solo performance but in the middle of the duets section i.e. he waited for Arunita to be on stage with him. And the lyrics are poignant. Here's a rough translation:

Well, there are some people in Ahmedabad and Vadodara who have such pronounciations but there is a large population which jas different pronounciation. Nevertheless, he has done a great job.
That Bhajan - I hadn't heard it before but after hearing it now I think you are right - they will sound good. Believe it or not, a thunderstorm started approaching as soon as I started playing this song 😄
