That was Sayli rather than PD. They always promoted her more, gave her more air time, gave prominence to her parents and her back story, etc. Even gave her the title "Bharat ki beti". They also use subtle things like when that director (Onir?) was doing the sketch of SMP they had Sayli's parents sitting in the background not SMP's.

This song changing was mentioned by Arunita's mother in one of the interviews.

Absolutely! In every concert since then and in every episode of SS2, it has become more and more evident how far ahead of her she is - ahead of every one. As we have said before - she is a "once in several decades" type of artiste.

So far Pawan’s & Salman’s team are the strongest and Danish/Sayli teams are the weakest. But Danish has Aryananda who will be retained till the finals. Sayli doesn’t have a potential finalist, but TCT will favour Sayli and see that one of the girls get through.I think it will work out this way:-

Aru - Faiz

Salman- Mani / Rituraj

Sayli - vishwaja or Samaira

Danish - Aryananda

Pawan - Sayisha.

Now if it is going to be top 6, then Pranjal will figure.

I like Soyab too, but definitely they won’t let 3 finalists from one team.
Similarly, it could also mean either Mani or Rituraj. Both are talented, Rituraj more versatile than Mani, but Rituraj may get the axe - he may not garner enough votes as Mani. That will be sad, indeed. 😔

I haven’t watched season 1, hence don’t know the format ( if they have one 🤣🤣🤣), whether all teams need to be represented at top 5 or 6?? Those who have watched SS1 can throw some light here.

I just hope Faiz doesn’t get eliminated; I assume they will want Aru there till the end for obvious reasons.

I think Team Sayli is better than Team Danish 🤪 If it goes my way, the finalists would be -

Aru - Faiz

Pawan - Sayisha, Soyeb

Salman - Mani, Rituraj

Sayli - Samaira (can be avoided altogether)

But I highly doubt they'd let Danish and Sayli sit aside for finale. Sab se zyada screentime uni ko milte hai anyways

What might actually transpire is, Soyab will be avoided to favor Mani since both of them are kinda similar. Pranjal might be chosen from Pawan's. Since votes might be a factor, Chetanya and Arya have a chance. Arya will make it, Chetanya would be out in semis. So probable list of finalists imo -

Aru - Faiz

Pawan - Sayisha, Pranjal

Salman - Mani, Rituraj

Danish - Arya

@bold: Faiz is not gonna be eliminated, likh ke le lo🤪 They will sideline him for a while to suppress his growing popularity, and then will gradually start giving him good screenspace so it will be justified in case he wins. Same thing happened with Florina, I am pretty sure that's what will happen here as well 🤣 Going by PVF's earlier analysis of how they favor certain contestants, Faiz is a pretty obvious choice due to marketability. Unless the voting results are completely unexpected.

But it's too soon to make a proper comment on voting patterns. I don't think Pranjal would garner enough votes to stay. Same with Mani. Imo, Rituraj has a stronger dedicated fanbase than Mani or Pranjal. Faiz, Sayisha (Pawan ke vaaste) and Arya would top the list here. Even Chetanya has a chance based on voting because he is pretty popular in ig, even more than Faiz. Will have to see a round of voting results to make predictions.

I have written about this before.
They had 4 Captains in Ss1.
The finale had 6 individuals.
One Captain had 3, another had 2 and the third had 1. One Captain lost everyone before Semi Finals.

The Captain without kids still attends every show and sings a solo in the Finale. So, no kids does not mean no presence or no singing!

Is that based on IG likes or IG Follwers? IG Followers have hitherto been the best yardstick to judge potential votes in these shows. Don't think Chetanya is even close to Faiz as far as Followers go. He is his own island in this group.

Good to hear that. That means Sayli’s team can get eliminated fully - technically at least 😃. And we can have Faiz, Mani, Rituraj, Sayisha, Aryananda, Pranjal. I would prefer Soyab instead of Pranjal actually.
