So… the show has closed finally now.. no more acts to witness.. but gotta do this one final thing for this one kido who was my saving grace during some really serious stuff i was going through in my life.. he was the light, the smile, the reason I’d go on everyday.. my sun..

(Sheher ki ladki act was my turning point with sanchit. I just loved this kid from that moment onwards)

Onto the finale-

Damn Vartika! We have immense respect for a young girl who decided to leave her comfort zone despite the immense popularity and fame she already had. Seeing her in her element, noone, and i repeat NOONE can compete with Vartika. But this season earned her respect, i feel. I shared so many opinions with other people about her “sexy dancing” when she was with tiger, but sanchit was her ball of light just like he was for me. He challenged her, and she took it like a champ. No, she didn’t create a mini-me.. nor did she stay in her comfort zone all season. Despite criticisms that could break someone as popular from inside(not to mention, the ONLY choreographer who got criticism).. she didn’t stop trying.. i hope people learn WHAT Vartika is all about. She is about accepting challenges, learning from your mistakes and yet keep the biggest smile in the world. Her solo was outstanding, and i hope reminded everyone that she truly was, is and will be the most captivating dancer on this show.. because she is absolutely PHENOMENAL by herself.. and yet this 21 year old girl is much much wiser than many on this show. She is going places, and I’ll be her biggest cheerleader. Love you Vartika, love every thing about you and everything you represent in this journey.

And then he entered. With the absolute best setup according to the act. His little face peaking from the plane. So tiny, yet so powerful. I remember listening to hairat in july and thinking it’ll look amazing on sanchit, and isn’t he just the gift that keeps on giving? His energy, power and technique were on point with the song.. the parts which required slow motion were exactly that, the parts that needed power and swiftness were that.. then nayan tarse came.. and i cannot emphasize how beautiful these songs look on sanchit.. with unique beats and vibes.. vartika joined him here and together they created the atmosphere of 2 superstars. Finally, bezubaan. Need i say more? Once the beat hit, sanchit was ready to end the show with a bang. Shut up the haters once and for all. This solo had completely different steps and execution as compared to the first one. It was even better than the first one, is that even possible? But Sanchit is the only one who can out do himself. The best finale act i have ever seen.


When raghav went and touched his feet, he was so humble about it. He is so graceful and so polite when people praise him.. i have always admired him for it. There is a place for everything, and he already knows that. The battle was everything i envisioned it to be. Raghav did his iconic signature steps and sanchit added his sanchit style to it, making it one of the most epic battles of all time! A lil 10 year old, writing a legacy! To think one second he is wondering whether to take off his jacket, and the other he is killing raghav in battle. The judges made a seedi for him and he went through that with raghav.. the highest form of honour that has ever been given on the show. Every now and then choreographers will make one, or the kids will join.. but this maestro deserved one from the judges. The version of title track was the tipping point for me. I cried when that was happening. Sanchit left the stage giving it his all, as did Vartika and I’m sure Sameep too. No matter who you support, it isn’t easy to forget Sanchit’s finale act. No excuses, nothing to cover up, noone to defend. He did himself proud. He shut everyone up and put his fans through all sorts of emotions as he did his bit. He out did himself. And that was the biggest reward as a sanchit fan.

As his third position was announced, he was almost jumping with joy. He was proud of himself. And i was proud of him. No tears, no fakeness.. nothing. And considering he is never able to hide his true feelings because of the very expressing beautiful eyes he has, he truly looked like he was beaming. So many debates, banters and what not.. but my baby was happy.. so who am i to not be happy? I was just happy seeing him happy. This position doesn’t dictate his true position in the show, nor his potential. He came in SD3 to get rejected, and left this time as one of the most celebrated dancers of the season. His smile spoke of how his heart must have broken during his rejection, and how he has surprised himself with how far he’s gotten this time. Not gonna use the very iconic word ‘deserving’, because that he was. But I’m not gonna carry the deserving to win card around with me anymore because my baccha looked happy AF. Vartika also immediately hugged him.. his happiness is the only thing that matters anyway. Rest is secondary.


Anyway, that was NACHPAN KA COMEBACK AVATAR, SANCHIT CHANANA for us all. I hope everyone enjoyed his performance too and he did us all proud.. but mostly i hope he did himself proud. His dad was crying, so was i. In the show, he had a streak of performances which received criticisms.. but he had a comeback everytime. I guess that’s life, there will be setbacks always, but the “COMEBACK IS STRONGER THAN THE SETBACK”. And that’s what sanchit has left me with. After all, he is the comeback avatar! I do not know when i will see him again, but i pray from the deepest corners of my heart for him to get the most love and respect always. May he go places and become the next biggest thing. May everyone know Sanchit and Sanchit Style in the future. May he be loved and appreciated always for everything he is. Mostly, may he never give up the fight.

I’ll leave some lines from the song bezubaan that remind me of sanchit below, because, well my kid has left a legacy. I will never forget him.

He definitely is. I don’t think his performances are something anyone can forget! X factor, technique and memorable quality-the kid has it all!

Seriously everytime he danced it was literally amazing. The only contestant who managed to give goosebumps when he performed. He has made the judges in awe of him and all the judges and guests have been always overwhelmed after his performance. I’ve never seen a dancer like him. Truly unbelievable. I’m sure he will be the most successful of all of them.

but gotta give it to you and anybody who reads my whole long ass emotional posts!! I try to make them as short as possible yet they turn out to be this huge 😂😂😂💗💗

One week has officially passed since I’ve been missing my little ball of light!! I miss him so so soo much like I can’t put it into words!! I miss his toothy bunny smile.. i miss his precious laugh.. i miss his masti with sameep and vartika.. and with the other kids.. so I thought to revisit sanchit’s acts.. (though i dont really plan it because everyday is sanchit day 💕) because 1 week without sanchit is a lot! And so i gotta appreciate him!! Here are my top 10 sanchit performances!(not in order)

1) Ka Karoon Sajni(with tiger and vartika)🔥🔥🔥- man the whole teen ka tadka sunday was basically sanchit supremacy sunday!!! I can still hear his screaming in the beginning with the song ringing in my ears.. it was so intense.. I remember being moved by it so much to the extent i almost felt disturbed.. ahh how brilliant is he really.. great technique, beautiful raw emotions, and how iconic was it when all three combined and created a tornado type moment?? Tbh i thought that act was basically sanchit’s story with his parents and how once they loved, but now all their family has is arguments and fights..that is why the moment with sanchit sitting, vartika in the middle and tiger at the top really hits so hard.. ahh sanchit.. he SNAPPED.. so did the audience!

2)Nadiyon Paar(Grand premier)☄️☄️☄️- that was the best entry.. people had pretty high budget ones too but this was a bit simpler as compared to some.. but impactful.. soooo much.. when vartika ended her solo with a “bang” and then sanchit entered.. THAT is how a star enters! The immense star power in this kid is astonishing at his age.. like you knowww this guy is a competition.. not to be taken lightly at all! And the whole gaming kind of set up with a VS written at the back with them constantly battling.. one moment vartika is dancing.. the next sanchit.. i used to always love wondering is the VS in the back for vartika-sanchit or “versus”? Because the back and forth from sanchit and vartika really gave this vibe! What a genius and ahhhh love love love it that’s why i rewatch the heck out of it lol

3)Chaiyyan Chaiyyan(remo farah week)⚡️⚡️⚡️- not gonna let bezubaan take the entire praise this time!! That act was iconic! I was beginning to enjoy this partnership so much!! Thankgod sanchit happened for vartika.. he changed her perception even in my eyes.. what a blessing this kid is.. the freestyling kind of thing he did in that dance was phenomenal.. i would think that he will go into the popping locking style but tbh i didnt want him to because i do not like it much after a point.. i was sooo happy to see him do hiphop and be good at that actually! Ps the bezubaan in the finale was insanely fast.. love how he can’t be boxed into a style.. thats sanchit for ya!

4) sheher ki ladki(sunil shetty special)🕵🏻🕵🏻🕵🏻- there is a whole story with this dance from my side because the first time sanvar used a concept and it was sooo perfect on them!!! Sanchit was not a fave anymore by then because of a few acts before.. and I wouldn’t be excited for his performances.. but by the end of that performance i was at the edge of my seat and cheering so loudly!! And hence sanchit regained his spot as one of my favourite dancers and gradually THE FAVOURITE.

5)Chalak Chalak(75 dance style special)🍺🍺🍺- I really was craving some desi dancing from this uber cool boy! Not only did they attempt 3 dance styles so well, but they also nailedddd the acting!! It was sooo funny!!! Sanchit really snaps sometimes and he just CANNOT be stopped!!! The dance was dhamakedar, the acting was on point and can i just say, sanchit was just full of light that night? Geeta wasn’t there and idk if she kind of intimidates him(she gave them a pretty hard time during o hansini, the previous week).. sanchit was laughing, being himself aka lallu laal and that whistle was hilarious but his expression when he failed the first time was even more hilarious!!!

6)Aila Re(Sanjay Dutt special)🪞🪞🪞- Gunda sanchit strikes again!!! 50 tola!!! Kya!!!!!!?? They were bursting on the floor and this desi gunda suits amazing on sanchit and this was my reaffirmation in this fact!!! Yarrr i was loving and cheering for him every damn second of this act and though vartika is soooo amazing, i never notice her in this act.. though i almost never notice her in their acts.. major props to the queen, for modifying herself, making sanchit learn new things as well as keeping him the centre of the performance.. this was one of those acts for me, and I absolutely LOVE everything in this act!

7)Do you love me/Ankh ladh jaave(Indian Idol special)🎇🎇🎇- Wow. Wow. Wow. Sanvar’s swag mixed with SMP.. what a winner combination.. the song was perfect for them.. the swag was unmatchable and im sorry, please put 1000 styles in your resume, but when sanvar perform, you know THAT’S WASSUP. They were ON FIRE!!! Both of them!!! their solos, their attitude and how perfectly they integrated SMP was ICONIC. Best performance easily. So rewatchable. And it’s still the absolute best every.damn.time.

8)Tu, Tu hai wahi(poonam and padmini special)💟💟💟- Ahhh… how magical.. how truly magical.. it is such a special dance for me because as the show was ending.. i was beginning to realise that this may be the last time i see SanVar together for a long time.. and the moving platform was a reminder of their journey for me.. as it was moving.. they were dancing, playing, and having a beautiful time.. the illumination was beautiful which added a feeling of nostalgia even before the show ended.. and the kiss she put on his head by the end of the performance.. was just their relationship at that point.. playful, unique and full of love.. this act had no loud concept, just a few special moments.. but it was obvious.. that it was for a special little kid or a guru in your life.. and that ending pose is how i will remember sanvar forever.

9)Suraj Hua Madham(Tanuja Special)☀️☀️☀️- i absolutely loved this one. Ofcourse the judges have a lot to say when sanvar perform, but this was the kind of lyrical dancing that i enjoyed. The movements were subtle, slow, magical.. sanchit’s solo was on fire just like tha ball of sun he is.. but the rest of the dance was soft and seeing sanchit’s soft side is one of my favourite things.. his entry in this dance was sooooo beautiful.. he was impactful, aggressive and he was exploding like the sun he was playing in the act.. wow man.. this kid.. this was the first time i enjoyed lyrical hiphop in the show.. and mixed with sanchit style.. it was beautiful.. a perfect combination of soft and aggressive..

10)Main Deewana(Semi Finale,Tabu special)⭕️⭕️⭕️- Life comes full circle, just like sameep said. Though the judges stopped mentioning how sanchit is THE example of never giving up, this was the sure and subtle way to let HIS fans know, that he has made it. I felt that completion, that his bitter sweet journey on this show has finally reached its conclusion. He has made it. He was technically perfect, his expressions on point, his growth in the show visible. He closed the show the way he began it. I was in tears, what else was expected of me? My boy worked so hard to be where he was now, and in an interview he clarified also that he was eliminated because he couldn’t cope up with choreography. I do understand that, because he was doing his own thing. And he needed to do something more. I am glad he left SD3, became much better and then returned for SD4. I never like it when fans make up excuses for their favourites, and i have shared criticisms from other people regarding Sanvar myself. But he overcomes them every time and i do not need to ever do any such thing. He didn’t know choreography, he was sent home. He returned with better skills, and he not only coped, but he shone throughout the show. A journey of honesty and hardwork; blood, sweat and tears.. finally at its conclusion. How beautiful. How very SANCHIT.

A VERY HONORARY MENTION-THE GRAND FINALE ACT(HAIRAT, NAYAN TARSE, BEZUBAAN FIRSE)❤️❤️❤️- it is obvious that this was among his best considering he was the only one who performed that night with his whole heart. The whole night. He performed with all the fire in his little heart. He slayed each and every tribute act. And Ended his journey with an even bigger and brighter smile than the one he came with. I have spoke. A lot about this act, can’t even get into it because i have that much to say. Anyway, one thing I’d like to add, during bezubaan firse, once the beat hits and they start dancing really fast, notice vartika’s face and how she’s doing the steps. She literally looks like she is remembering and doing them somehow. Her expressions are off and she looks like she is struggling. However look at sanchit, and he is almost tearing up the entire stage with his fierceness. He is fast, agile, smooth and his expressions look like this is a child’s game for him, he’s ready to kill. Vartika sacrificed her own uniqueness for her kid throughout the show, and she did it one final time as well. Make fun of her all you want, but she is the only guru who wasn’t consumed in her ego. She struggled too, sometimes even on stage, but she did it all for sanchit. I cannot express how happy i am that sanchit got vartika as his guru. Imagine how many values he must have learnt from her. Sameep too. Teeno bade kalakaar hai, khade ho ke humesha hi baat honi chahiye unse. 🙏🏻

Anyway, that’s all folks! But yes, once i read on the forum that the worst dancers have made it to the finale. I was wondering how sanchit made anybody call him one of the “worst”. Look at his acts, and you’ll notice how his audition is a mere shadow of his brilliance by the end. My boy has had the most beautiful journey, and i am truly missing him a lot. He didn’t attempt classical or contemporary on the show and that was a point of slander for him... as if he was getting anything less on the show despite not deserving it.. but look at this boy, his craft, his brilliance.. and any amount of versatility cannot compete with it. Continuously put down by the judges, he managed to earn Virat Kohli’s respect after the show has ended. That is the power of his little beating heart which burns with the fire of determination and hardwork. He has truly earned love and respect on the show. He has left a legacy behind too. Sanchit chanana. The legend and the unforgettable ball of brilliance.💗💗💗💗
