"I love shopping in Dubai"

From playing the girl next door in Kahani Ghar Ghar ki to a negative character of Nikita Singahania in Sahara One's Suno Har Dil Kuch Kehta Hain, Karishma Randhawa surely knows that it's the variety of roles which make an actor of calibre. And to essay these different roles, on-screen one has seen Karishma dress up in stylish western as well as Indian outfits. In real life too, this sleek and elegant looking actor loves to dress up, and match it up with exquisite jewellery, to got with her fashionable outfits. Here, she shares her fashion fundas with Sameera Kapoor.m

I have around 25 pairs of diamond chandeliar ear rings.

Being in vogue means...
Being in vogue to me is being styllish, yet look simple. Wearing something which will suit your personality and not anything just because it's in vogue.

Your dressing sense is inspired by…
Its the sense of comfort, which inspires me. Unless and until I do not feel comfortable wearing a particular dress, I neither buy it or wear it.

Most comfortable to be in…
That has to be jeans and tees.

Do brands matter….
Not neccessarily, but If I were to wear anything branded, it would be Mango, Espirit and Prada. But I prefer branded stuff only for the evenings as most of it costs a bomb.

Your favourite shopping destination….
Dubai. I love shopping in Dubai. You will find anything and everything that too at reasonable prices. Except for branded stuff, rest all are well priced. While in India, favourite shopping destination would be sector 17 Chandigarh. I love the ambience over there. Sector 17 is a square, where shops are lined up in a row. So, you have lot of choice to buy anything. It's fun to be hopping from one shop to another.

Designer whom you vouch for….
Malini Ramani. Her creations are not only beautiful and comfortable to wear but also has very sensous appeal to them.

"I am a quick dresser"

An elegantly chic wardrobe...
An elegant chic wardrobe would be a nice pair of white and black shirt, jeans, nice bag, a black cocktail dress is a must. Good pair of footwear both for casual and evening wear, pair of sexy glares and finally the most important stuff a pair of big diamond chandeliar ear rings.

Total time to dress up...
Around 10 minutes would do the magic. I am a quick dresser. Of the ten minutes, six minutes goes into deciding what I should wear and two minutes for crunching my hair and applying kajal.

Indian or Western...
Comfort rules my fashion sense. So it's western wear that suits me. Ethnic wear requires, like if wear a salwar kameez then I have a hard time managing the chunni. Hence, I prefer wearing western attires especially jeans.

I love collecting...
It has to be jewellery, especially earrings. I am not into necklaces. I have around 25 pairs of diamond chandeliar ear rings. Most of them are made to order so each one of them is exclusive in design, colour.

Indian Fashion reminds...
Its sari. Nine yard of beautiful sari, drapped in such a way that you look sensous..

The cheapest thing that you have ever got hold of....
Recently, I got hold of a few tees which were put on sale. I got them for 100 bucks each, which was really cheap. I loved the imprints on them, they were really funny. Though I am sure that with one wash they will be unwearable but I still brought them just because of those funny imprints.

The most costly thing that you possess...
Sometime back I had brought this huge diamond pendant in the shape of a swan which cost me a bomb....around one lakh ninety thousand rupees. Its so costly that I wore it only once.

The most stylish person in tellydom…
Mandira Bedi and Ronit Roy are the two stylish person in tellydom. They have a great dressing sense.

And in Bollywood…
Abhishek Bachchan and Sushmita Sen. These two actors not only have a great personality but they exude strong presence once they arrive on any show or film.
