After politics and religion got involved on this platform, everyone’s personal preference is revealed and the hatred is so real that it seeped here too. The situation in the real world is way worse, and not controlling it here is making it more worse. Fanwars have turned into something else and people reaching out for resolution are not heard. Is this right?

By chosing to punish the offended party instead of locking/closing/trashing the thread that caused the offense to begin with, they display total failure to mediate disputes and quell the chaos that ensues once things go haywire.
I concur. In addition, I believe only those who pass some sort of a mandatory bias training should be selected as moderators. A team of emotionally intelligent and objective moderators are necessary in order to maintain the sanity and sanctity of an online forum because power is addictive and most humans succumb to it, eventually.
With bias awareness training, it may help moderators recognize and mitigate their implicit biases that could hinder their ability to manage human dynamics.
As admin, Vijay should at the very least equip these moderators with strategies to recognize and counteract their biases.
Vijay do one thing. Ban all of us. I repeat all of us. Unban supari, reduce the warning levels of the group and let them do whatever they feel like. They have the permission to quote and message you while you have blocked some of us from doing the same thing. You tell me being an admin is it fair what you are doing?? Mods and Vijay ji please have a look on this member's post and the mid series - Nathuyahuu's posts which have been releasing personal information of me and other members and also attacking us in the most violent manner. Coincidentally this member used to ve my 'friend' at one time so knows a few things about me too like my real name, Twitter id and dp which those mids were using to attack me.
However, this member just goofed up and released the proof for everyone to see.
