As per IBN7 feature on final day shooting (Sutapasima has posted about it on main forum page), Ram, Bharat & Shatrughan take jal samadhi together.

As per the epic, the mothers died first (as they were already very very old by the time of Sita's bhumi pravesh) and after their kids grew up and got established in their respective kingdoms, the three sisters also died. Only then did Lakshman do jal samadhi, followed by Ram's mahaprayaan.
