Suhani runs outside, as does a hospital worker to find the guy. The criminal is trying to run away, holding onto his gun wound. The cops are coming and he sees them so he tries to hide. Suhani finds the trail of blood he's left behind. The criminal runs to Mamta Hospital, Ranveer sees him, asks the workers to quickly help him. The worker from Suhani's hospital arrives, tells Ranveer how he escaped when he heard Suhani was calling the cops. Another doctor says that they can't treat him without calling the cops. Ranveer says a patient is a patient for him, doesn't matter if the cops aren't here, and they take him in.
Outside, Suhani is still trying to track him. Arrives at Mamta Hospital, says Ranveer must've broken the rule. The worker comes to her and tells her that's exactly the case. Ranveer is getting ready to operate in his office, pulls out a sketch of Suhani. Says how for one year he kept himself away from her, stayed in control, but now she's back to provoke him. But he'll show her, he'll operate on the criminal when she couldn't. Suhani is concerned, he could lose his license for doing this, but she won't allow for it to happen. Meanwhile Ranveer light the sketch on fire - how many more sketches will you make and light on fire 🤣
Suhani will not let Ranveer lose his license. Remembers Ranveer's kasam of how he'd never see her face again so she turns her back to the hospital. She covers her head with her dupatta and tries to hide her face as Ranveer prepares for the surgery. Suhani goes into the hospital, tells a nurse to tell Ranveer that she needs to meet him. another doctor tells her he's gonna operate but Suhani tells him Ranveer can't the guy is terrorist. The doctor goes off to Ranveer, begs him not to, the hospitals's reputation could be at stake but Ranveer says he will operate, will not have the man's death certificate come from this hospital. He will inform the police and he will operate on the terrorist. The doctor comes out and Suhani sees him. he couldn't convince him so Suhani tries to call him but he doesn't pick up since he's busy with the operation. She heads back outside, she's worried about Ranveer. She decides she'll call the police on his behalf, this how she can possibly save his career. Inside, Ranveer operates on the man, gets the bullet out.
Outside, the police have arrived. they ask for the criminal, Suhani says they're in the OT. Ranveer comes out and finds the cops. They're here to arrest the man, Ranveer says he can't hand the man over yet because he's in critical condition. The cop says his first mistake was not informing the police, second one is blocking them from doing their job. Ranveer tries to make them understand, but the cop says he will arrest him if he keeps it up. Ranveer agrees with him but says that they won't be able to do much with him cause he'll die. Ranveer says just like he is their criminal he's his patient. Ranveer slams the door shut on them, he has to do his job. Suhani is worried, decides to call Dadu for help. Dadu says he's on his way, Mamta asks what's wrong. Ranveer makes sure to have his team focused with their job to operate him. Suhani calls out, asks him to please come out before problems start. The cops break into the OT, they tell Ranveer to stop. Ranveer asks to let him do his job or the patient will die. The cops drag him out.
Meanwhile at Suhani's hospital Aditya arrives, asks about Suhani. A ward boy tells him what happened and he runs off. Suhani asks the cop to let the patient get his treatment. She asks them to keep security and let them continue treating the patient. But the cop is a complete 🤬hole, tells her to let them do their job, asks her to leave.
