September 1st 2022 written update

At Oberoi mansion Mamta congratulates Ranveer for helping Suhani's dadi. He says he did his job and kept his eyes shut so that wouldn't mistakenly look at Suhani. It makes Mamta sad but he tells her not to be sad. Doing this will give him mental peace.

At Suhani's house dadi is back home. Aditya is teasing her, having fun with his darling. Suhani and Aditya leave. Back at Oberoi mansion Ranveer opens his wardrobe tog et ready when he spots a white shirt. As he pulls it out, a bunch of sketches of Suhani falls out. He picks them up and the shirt, has a flashback of Suhani when they were still together. She complains about him always dressing casual and she wants him to wear a white button down. He says he'll look like an uncle but she says he has to wear that. He considers himself lucky for a smart and beautiful wife. Wonders if he loves her more or if she loves him more. Flashback ends, and he takes the shirt outside, as well as the sketches. He lights it all up on fire 😭 such anger cannot be good!!!

Suhani and Aditya are at the hospital working. Ranveer is at his hospital working as well. then cuts to Suhani's house, Suhani and Aditya are off to work. At Mamta Hospital, mamta arrives with dadu holding Ranveer's lunch.

Time jump happens, it's been a year! Suhani's and Aditya's training is over, now it's time for a job. Aditya jokes about doctor psycho which gets Suhani lost in her thoughts. Their senior doctor, doctor deepak, suggests them a hospital to work at and they agree to join. the owner of that place has to move to the US, asks Suhani and Aditya to be his partners to keep the place running. Ranveer sees this news on a newspaper. He says for one year he only focused on his work. Says she's trying to compete with his hospital, fine compete because he will show her who's the best, then proceed to rip the newspaper.

At Suhani's house they're celebrating the news. They're all proud os Suhani. Sudha asks if this hospital is near Mamta Hospital. She hopes that Ranveer doesn't think they're purposely doing this to compete. Suhani says they haven't thought of him in a year, don't think of that, who cares what he thinks, and the other family members agree.

At Mamta Hospital, Ranveer finds a worker asleep. he yells at him, this hospital is the best hospital, staff like him will break the trust of patients. he asks for forgiveness, Ranveer won't accept it. tells him to get out. cut to Suhani being nice to a nurse who had made a mistake. such opposites these two are! some guy comes screaming in pain, Suhani has him put on a stretcher, checks out his wound. the man's been shot, she says she'll call the cops while the others go to take care of him, the patient says not to but she has to follow procedure. she asks a nurse to contact the police when they see the news. the patient is the one the news is talking about, he escaped from the police! She goes back and finds a nurse who got hurt while trying to help the criminal patient but when he heard about the cops he ran away.
