I feel sorry for Aarti - Page 2

Aarti did the right thing by stepping out of the way. But, she has sacrificed alot. She has suffered a lot of pain, hopefully she will find true happiness soon!

Exactly! This show is all about Dhruv and Vedika which is OK, but at least they should do justice to Aarti and her character. Also I am talking from everyone's character's point of view, not withstanding who is the main character and who is not. I guess I can't digest this because I don't believe in this sacrificing love. Sacrificing anything else is OK but not love:-) And yes, I hope Aarti finds more happiness with someone else - more than she could ever have with Dhruv.

Arti and Ved have both suffered but atleast Ved got Dhruv and happiness in the end. I think it is Dhruv's fault to have married Arti when he was still in love with Ved....even if he thought Ved was dead, he still should have waited before moving on.....why did he marry Arti if he was not in love with her? He is a selfish person who ruined a friend's life.

I agree with you Navya, he did so not once but twice. First time, he was in love with Arti and married someone else and the second time he married Aarti though his mind was with Vedika at that time,

Well...dhrub gets ved..ved gets dhrub...that isnot what we are discussing. We are discussing how a director is using this character Aarti to fit in the drama. She was shown madly in love with dhrub, and dhrub too in love with her. Suddenly, maa comes and dhrub has to leave her. Arti comes and tells, "dhrub your mom is everything for you, not me". Who can do that kind of sacrifice. Then she is about to marry Suraj, ved comes and tells," hey that was my guy". OK OK ved realizes that she is married and her sindoor is everything. But what about aarti? director totally forgot her. Now, ved was out and IN again and director needed some character to come between dhrub and ved. and here- there is poor arti, bring her and make her a vamp..wow...what a justice to that character. Now everyone wants ved and dhrub back..so arti is out again. God, I am becoming arti fan now. I am a girl and as a girl, i think i shud just admire arti. there are hardly anyone like arti but thousands like ved in this world. ved struggled for herself..to get her identity and husband back, where as arti is always struggling for others. I can be like ved, anytime if I need to be but I can never be like arti, sacrifice my love and my husband for someone else.I really hope the director concentrates on arti and bring a prince charming for her

So well said Shefali!! I agree with each and every word that you said about Arti and Vedika. I agree Vedika suffered, etc., etc. but it is *not* easy to be like Arti and sacrifice the way she had done knowing that she and Dhruv loved each other at that time. Whatever people say I have always been an Arti sympathizer (no offence meant for Vedika) and that was partly because the director has done *no* justice to her character. She may not be the main person here but the director just cannot forget her and I was honestly furious when he tried to show her as a vamp..I know I can never ever sacrifice like Aarti has done, no way...I hope the director sits up and shows her very very happy..

I sort of agree.......but I so do not feel sorry for Aarti....I don't like herr.....(sorry if I'm being a bit too harsh...) I think Aarti should just marry Suraj and live happily ever after....😆

Agreed everyone has different likes and dislikes. However I am not talking of the prson who plays Aarti or anything. Just talking of the role she plays and what she has had to go through and what she has had to sacrifice. Last but not the least, we are talking of the director just ignoring the character of Aarti. I hope they show her falling in love again and getting a lot of happiness.

I don't feel sorry for her. Why should I? Because of her Vedi was throw out of the house. How can u guys forget it????? If she really loved Dhruv she was supposed to help Vedi. She should not break the cassette.
