Who knows abt Ant and Ved :- members of the Raizada household due to Dhruv's outburst.
Possible suspects:
1. Nih - becoz she thought ved did not support her (possible motive - revenge due to anger) well wisher?
2. Tara - becoz Ved confronted Rahul well wisher?
3. Rahul: possible motives greed, revenge for Nih's revelation well wisher?
I could go on but will leave the rest to your active imaginations.

I don't think that its Arti cuz she has sacrified her love and she was even ready to marry suraj so why would she try to get vedika in trouble now? Also, Arti doesn't even know anything about lali. So, I think its Niharika cuz she is staying at the same place where the message has been recorded, which is Uma's place. Also, As mitali said she might want to take revenge on vedika for not helping her.
