Gurdeep to be back soon

At a time when serials are going off air one after the other, most TV actors are feeling insecure. But not Gurdeep Kohli. Last seen as Vedika, in Zee's popular serial Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka, Gurdeep is least worried about shows ending abruptly. "I have a few projects in the pipeline and will soon be back on TV. Though I have not finalised on any soap, within a month I will be back," Gurdeep says.

Gurdeep married Arjun Punj, her co-star from Sanjeevani in December last year and since then has only been seen in Nach Baliye 2. At the moment, she seems to be soaking in marital bliss. "Yes, it has been a joyride till now. Arjun and I are enjoying life to the fullest. I am happy playing the stay-at-home wife. But I am sure that even when I start working, I will manage home and work well," she says

Recently there was news about Gurdeep not being invited for Sinndoor's 500-episode celebration party because of her fallout with producer Kinnari Mehta. The two fell out during Gurdeep's stint with Nach Baliye when the producer felt the leading lady was not giving her show enough time. There were a lot of allegations and counter allegations about monetary issues as well. "It is a thing of the past and I do not want dwell over it," Gurdeep said, not in the least bit worried.
