Arpita still hasnt told anyone about her miscarriage. that is so wrong cuz dhruv and thithli are always tellin her to take care cuz she has a baby growing inside her but still she shant told then the truth. poor dhruv still dreaming about their baby, he will be so hurt when he finds out the truth
I think you have got the story wrong.. 😳Arpita knows that she had a miscarriage, the whole family including Dhruv is aware of this..
