Sindoor celebrate 500 episodes

Niharika Raizyada (Kirti Kelkar) says:
"It's a lovely feeling to complete 500 episodes. This is not my first serial that has reached this landmark but I'm happy and I wish it soon complete 1000 episodes. The whole team has been working together for about a year, so we have become like a family." She also reveals that there will be plenty of changes in her role. "After 500 episodes I'll be changing my hair style and the colour of my lenses. I'll start wearing animal print sarees", says Niharika.

Meanwhile Rurdra Raizyada (Sharad Kelkar) is all set to party. "We'll celebrate the achievement on 11th at Rock Bottom. The whole unit will be there and we'll have lots of masti. New and old members will get together. Further we'll have one segment in which audio-video clips will be played in which our retake and funny scenes will be shown to everyone. It is a nice feeling to complete 500 episodes. There will be big surprise in the story", says Rudra.

Karan Raizyada (Sachin Sharma) adds, "There will be a surprise in my character as well. The show is doing well even though it has not taken any generation leap as yet. I'm working on my looks right now and will be back with a totally new avatar"

Sindoor is a daily soap about Vedika, played by Gurdip Kohli, who has a phobia about the traditional auspicious symbol - sindoor. The serial went on air on 21 March last year.
