I think Vedika preplanned the mad attack

My two cents are Vedika overheard Pamela wishing Ved had remained mad so that Nih would always be with Antariksha.

Probably that scoundrel Rahul will run away with the money and and then come back and still go ahead and marry Tara. Nih will perhaps then realise his schemes.

u guyz all have gd point..but yea maybe it is pre-planned...but wud she ruin her own marriage for the sake of her sister 😕 bcoz wen dhruv gets paralysed da double role will take her place and she wudnt want any1 to take her place unless dat is her.😊 aww well..we will have to wait and see.. 😛

Or maybe when she's in the hospital..........she finds out that Dhurv needs her and she decides to come back as Lali not Ved.

i dont thik kavita did it because he likes vedika. Maybe niharika did it so its more focus on her and less on her?
