I think Kajal is back to settle the score.

Kamal said she has waited five years to come back to this city.

Maybe Akshay is also in on it and they both plan this to make Janki's life miserable.

Th magalsutra could be from Akshay's marriage that Kajal wears to taunt Janki while Kajal is making Raunaks life hell.

Both Raunak for pushing Akshay and Janki for being her normal evil self. 😡
