Before breathing his last, Sayan revealed Prachandman's evil plan to Shobha.
Keeping Dadda Chalukya's safety in mind, Shobha decides to leave for the Aravali ranges as soon as possible. She believes that Prachandman would be present in the palace and decides to teach him a lesson.
Dressed as sadhus, Mahmud Ghaznavi, Rudrabhadra, Bhanuman arrive at the Aravali ranges. They kill the soldiers who are accompanying Dadda. Dadda is shocked to see the Sultan and others.
Mahmud Ghaznavi explains his malicious plan to Dadda. He states that he had come back to not only steal the riches of the Somnath temple but also take Chaula to Ghazni.
Rudrabhadra adds that the Sultan had promised to hand over Shobha to him. He states that he would compel Shobha to become his 'Bhairavi'. Dadda asserts that he would not allow Rudrabhadra and Mahmud Ghaznavi to accomplish their mission. On hearing this, Bhanuman attacks Dadda leaving Dadda injured.
Meanwhile, Bheemdev gets irritated as the soldiers are unable to find Prachandman in the palace.
A group of sadhus arrive at the Bharuch palace to congratulate Dadda for compelling Mahmud Ghaznavi to leave India. One of the sadhus asks Shobha where Dadda was. Just then Gayatri Devi arrives and welcomes the sadhus.
Gayatri Devi informs the sadhus that Dadda went to bring the treasury back to their kingdom. Shobha fears Dadda's life would be in danger and decides to leave.
Chaula, who is busy sketching a portrait of Bheemdev riding a horse, gets irritated when Prachandman enters her chamber and asks her to come with him. Prachandman gets furious when he learns that Chaula was attracted towards Bheemdev. A nave Chaula insults Prachandman and asks him to leave.
Unable to bear the insult, Prachandman hits Chaula's head leaving her unconscious. Prachandman wraps her in a cloth and hides her in the chamber.
Meanwhile, Bheemdev comes in search of Chaula. He gets shocked to see his portrait in Chaula's room. He realizes that Chaula was in love with him. It dawns on him that Shobha was behaving indifferent towards him probably because she was aware of Chaula's love for him. He decides to inform Chaula about his love for Shobha.
Believing that Bheemdev too was in love with Chaula, Prachandman tries to kill the prince. Bheemdev defends himself and tries to convince Prachandman to tell him about Chaula's whereabouts.
Prachandman tricks Bheemdev and tries to escape. Bheemdev notices a wall of nails and tries to warn Prachandman about it, however he fails. Before dying, Bheemdev tries to convince Prachandman to tell him where Chaula was, however, Prachandman does not utter a word.
An injured Dadda ferociously fights off Bhanuman. However, Mahmud Ghaznavi stabs him from the back leaving him severely wounded.
While serving meal for the sadhus, a vulture throws a dead animal on Gayatri Devi. Gayatri Devi screams in fright and throws the vessel. She believes it to be an inauspicious sign and prays for Dadda Chalukya's safety.
A concerned Gayatri Devi enquires with Bheemdev about Dadda and Shobha. Gayatri Devi gets apprehensive when Bheemdev informs her that Dadda had gone to face Mahmud Ghaznavi alone. She gets further worried when he adds that Shobha had gone in pursuit of the king.
Bheemdev tells Gayatri Devi about his conversation with Shobha wherein the princess had asked him to wait back in Bharuch for Gayatri Devi and Chaula's safety.
An injured Dadda tells Indumati that she must fight against the evil men, who were trying to kill him instead of watching his plight. However, Indumati does not appear to be moved. Rudrabhadra seizes the opportunity and stabs Dadda. Mahmud Ghaznavi too picks up his weapon to stab Dadda when Bhanuman stops him. He wickedly tells the Sultan that Indumati must have the honor of killing Dadda.
Indumati hesitates to kill Dadda. Bhanuman tries to instigate Indumati to finish Dadda once and for all. Bhanuman is left surprised when Indumati threatens to kill Bhanuman instead. She asks Dadda to escape. She assures him that she would take care of Bhanuman, Mahmud Ghaznavi and Rudrabhadra.
Just before Dadda could escape, Mahmud Ghaznavi smartly attacks Indumati and kills her. He also stabs Dadda and leaves him heavily injured. The trio believes that they managed to kill Dadda and so they leave.
Rudrabhadra tells Bhanuman and Mahmud Ghaznavi that they must take the treasury of the Somnath temple and leave. He states that they must launch an attack on Bharuch after which they could compel Shobha to become his 'Bhairavi.' Mahmud Ghaznavi adds that Chaula would be in his custody.
On their way to the Aravali ranges, Shobha's servant notices three sadhus and informs Shobha about it. Shobha believes that the sadhus must have got late to reach the palace.
The trio too fails to notice that Shobha was leading the army.
