Liyakat Ali tried to kill Bheemdev by using a plough.

However Liyakat Ali's plan gets foiled when Dadda Chalukya attacks and kills him.

On noticing Liyakat Ali's condition, Jalaluddin runs for his life, however Dadda's soldiers manage to nab him.

Vallabhdev breathes a sigh of relief on realizing that Bheemdev is safe and sound.

An irritated Dadda mercilessly beats Jalaluddin so that he would learn about Mahmud Ghaznavi's intention of kidnapping Shobha. Vallabhdev stops Dadda and tells him that Jalaluddin had assassinated many innocent lives before kidnapping Shobha. He adds Jalaluddin must be taught a lesson in front of the subjects of Saurashtra.

Dadda seeks Vallabhdev's permission and decides to take Jalaluddin to Bharuch where he would punish the kidnapper in the presence of his subjects.

Indumati fears that if about Shobha returns, her efforts in portraying the princess in bad light will go in vain. Indumati gets apprehensive when a servant informs her and Bhanuman about Shobha's return.

The ministers and subjects present in the court of Bharuch express their anger by asking Dadda to announce death sentence to Jalaluddin. Dadda announces Jalaluddin's punishment; Jalaluddin will be taken to the central area of the market where the subjects will pelt stones at him until he breathes his last.

To help Jalaluddin escape from the prison, Bhanuman hands over the prison keys to him. He tells Jalaluddin to inform Mahmud Ghaznavi that he will assist him in capturing the riches of Somnath temple and kidnap Shobha, on the condition that he must be given the kingdom of Bharuch.
