I dont see any improvement in the execution. If only they had followed the og. Deba would have nailed the character of a bubbly chirpy girl on the outside and broken from inside. Rather they made her character typical rotlu and sacrificial fl of itv. Now it looks like everyone suddenly woke up.

Deba surely doesn't reveal... if she is not well health wise....she didn't even reveal that she was hospitalized during mithai shoot .I think she revealed this...may be she won't be able to shoot for the show for some days and for which she might not be on screen(if they don't have bank episodes). Fans of mithai may get worried so may be it's a way of informing them the reason of her absence. Waise...I mustn't say this but this serial turned out to be panauti for her ...be it popularity or health or career !!How will she get motivated with such poor performance of the show and no buzz about it?? I don't think she is happy with the script also...her recent IV said it all...

I agree this serial is definitely not good for her career. Jabse start kara hai kuch na kuch ho raha hai ...chalo accidents are not in anyone's control but at least deba ko work satisfaction to mile wo bhi nahi milta....Poor writing and execution....She deserves better.

poor girl might have accepted the role by looking at the OG only, no one would have dreamed that they can make it sooo bad in copy/paste

I was thinking....what would such type of gifts serve?? Yeh jo fans devir pendant bhejtey hai...ya family pics of KV with Deba...isn't it so embarrassing?? Such a waste of money!! Issey accha hota agar woh paisey needy ppl ko donate kartey as some fans did recently as a token of love towards their idols.👍🏼

Actually she seemed happy these last few days. Her song and dance reels she looked fresh not as tired as before. And again show being under scanner must be a disheartening news for her. Hope she is picked by some good ph or music labels.

@bold script is definitely poor. Pata nahi iss ph ka koi bhi show kaise successful hua.

I think only Saraswatichandra did well and the other shows under this banner ....I have never heard about them.😆Saraswatichandra had stellar cast and strong leads of Jennifer and Gautam Rhode and may be the story and direction was also good...moreover it was also on SP because of the channel may be the standard of the show was also high!!

Also KV’s recent interview he said he is still reading scripts. Which means maybe he doesn’t have anything finalized. Its really sad to see good actors still struggling for roles and non talented people getting everything served on a plate. Even with those BB contestants there are very few who deserve the fame they receive.

@underline- This is what I was saying to Pooja long ago...that he doesn't have projects in hand after Invisible woman and in today's IV it is clear.He might have lost some projects which he thought would get finalized.BB gives a lot of popularity and opens doors to great opportunities. Look at Tejaswini...how her career is going ...doing Ekta show...getting offers from films though didn't materialize.Nikki Tamboli/Karan Kundra/ Afsana Khan and some more...where they were before BB and where they are now after BB!!

Look... the OG's production quality was really good and it had well known actors in it who could act .Heard the ML in OG is superb in acting. From whatever clips I have seen ...Deba has been really good though in the initial clips I thought the director needed to tone her down...and I heard they did tone her down !! A good director can take out the best from an actor...and Deba is director's delight as KV says.

@bold- Have u heard the recent IV of Deba??She clearly said thst at one point of time she thought ..."aur kitna royegi mithai,aab baas"...so she was clearly not happy with the script and how the story was shaping up. The creatives woke up just bcoz they got the alarming call from the channel ....they should have taken the much needed step way before when they saw that the trp is stuck to 0.3 every week.

Vidya..she definetly has looked at the popularity of OG and might have thought that this remake will also shine.SAAKK was also a remake and she experienced the popularity and recognition through that show and she might have expected the same thing from this remake also but reality is that the whole team of SAAKK was superb and this mithai team sucks !

even if the rest of the team is bad, serial would have done better with good execution. there was potential to make it very light hearted and the whole story revolves around Deba's character so if done properly it could have been hit if they used Deba's potential properly .. there were couple of episodes which are made light hearted and those were really good to watch with the same Robo artists, Deba was fully able to capture the scene.

No she is really injured....that pic she shared story from her house only...Deba is not the one who can prank fans like ths...she knows fans do get worried ....
